It was nice

Ice machine my floor broken. Slow elevators. Half those staying had dogs. Breakfast costs extra.

This hotel was extremely accommodating with our 2 dogs! They had multiple designated potty areas with bags available. Staff was super nice as well!

Check in was fast. The person at the desk was friendly and accommodating. Room was clean, comfortable and the place was quiet. We stayed for a couple of days and everything was perfect. Even the beds were amazing. We will definitely be back…

All the staff was wonderful. Breakfast was really good and they had a nice variety of food. The room was ok the sink was cracked, the bed wasn't very comfortable, and the seat in the shower was coming off the wall.

There is a walking path next to the property and goes to a beautiful canyon view with a waterfall and a restaurant with live music.

Very clean and the staff was very nice

We left the property and got a different hotel in town. We went to our room on the second floor and there was a strong unpleasant smell. We’re not sure if it was gas, sewage or what, but we did try another room on the 4th floor. We just didn’t feel comfortable, so we left and booked another hotel in town.

Beds are amazing, one of the best night's sleep I've got in ages!

This property is right near a walking path that overlooks the snake valley and a beautiful waterfall!

Wonderful check-in process and very friendly and helpful staff. Room was wonderful for my mother who has a high fall risk and mobility issues so we could not be happier with the choice.of hotels.

It was in a very convenient area for my travels. The rooms were very clean. What I liked very much were the dispensers in the bathroom of soap, shampoo/conditioner and lotion. The hairdryer worked great. The room was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly.

The hotel is beautiful and clean. The workers are very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our stay. Black bear diner is right next to it. My favorite restaurant.

Quick easy check in with courteous staff. Room was clean and spacious. Very quiet even though they appeared to be full. Great stay! Would definitely stay again.

This Hotel is 5☆☆☆☆☆!!! Its clean & nice and the staff is great! Jean at the Front Desk went above & beyond to make our stay GREAT!! We will always come back! Anddd the Breakfast is YUMMY!!
