The AC was great, but the water pressure was almost nonexistent. The restroom in the lobby was disgusting

Room was very clean. Bed was extremely comfortable and the AC worked great. Breakfast was better than it most other hotels.

did not receive fresh towels Saturday or Sunday. The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work. The water pressure at the sink was poor. The staff was very friendly though.

Overall the stay was great. The hotel had a good smell. All staff encountered were friendly. However, the bathroom shower faucet was off the wall in our room, and there was a mold-looking substance around the tub. Breakfast was plentiful, but some of the items were overcooked.

Nice hotel, slow service, close to everything but rough part of town.

The staff was amazing, however the room AC unit had mold/mildew in the vents.

Our room was nice. The location was convenient for us and very quiet at the hotel. They had a nice breakfast included in our package and they offered snacks in the lobby in the evening. The staff seemed friendly.

The hotel itself was in an area that was not the best. On more than one occasion, there were people(clearly not guests) hanging around outside in the parking lot. The soda refrigerators were not working so I had to purchase hot sodas. The pancake machine was not working and the sausage links and "omelets" were very undercooked. My room was cool, but the hotel itself seemed as if there was no air conditioning. I did like my room, despite not being able to access movie channels.

The staff were friendly and the rooms were spacious and clean. Continental breakfast was robust and good. My children and I were very disappointed to find the pool in a green, cloudy, and stagnant condition. Needless to say, we didnt get a chance to swim.

After prepaying for a 2 queen suite and driving in from Florida, we find out the person in our room extended their stay and the hotel overbooked our room. They had no more rooms to accomodate our family.

I was not happy about the fact that I was not put in the room type that I booked. I booked 2 queens, because my adult son was traveling with me. The hotel said that they did not have any rooms with 2 rooms left, so they could give me a king or cancel my reservation. Also, the pool was closed…..it was green when we arrived there.

Property was very clean and relatively newer

So far my stay has been excellent.
