Too close to the highway, lots of traffic noise throughout the night.

Arrived late at night. But check in was fast (excellent for a weary driver). Stayed in side building so the parking right outside the door was super-convenient too. 10 steps away was the bed. Beauty.

Thé breakfast is really simple and not so much choice. The room was ok, but not the one at the motel.

Very nice place. Everything was clean, room was small but very nice. We stayed in the motel part, not the main building & we did not like having to walk through a business parking lot to get ice & coffee etc & we were not particularly impressed with the breakfast but the room being so clean made up for that. One thing, we went to the front desk to ask for some brochures or maps for Quebec City & you guys had nothing. The young lady wasn’t very accommodating & kind of brushed me off. Not cool. Great location, parking excellent.

réfrigérateur et micro-onde sur place. Par contre, l'unité était située sur une autre rue que l'hôtel. Donc, seul et isolé , sans concierge pour nous aider sur place. Pour déjeuner, il fallait se déplacer ailleurs. Par contre, le déjeuner était inclus et il y avait plusieurs restaurants aux alentours.

Disappointed with price I thought rooms and whole motel would have been cleaner

Chambre plutôt propre mais sans plus(manque d'amour). Le personnel est courtois pour le check inn. Le déjeuner est sans supervision donc s'il n'y a plus de café faut le demander à la réception. Le sac poubelle était plein ce matin,qqun est venu changer le sac sans laver le couvercle de la poubelle qui était maculé de nourriture. Hier après -midi, la machine à glace était hors d'usage et aujourd'hui encore. La jeune fille qui était à la réception hier à été très gentille quand nous avons demandé des assiettes d'autres cafés,elle nous en a donné. Donc il ne faut pas avoir de très hautes attentes

The staff weren’t as polite as I expected. Their attitude was not very nice.

the room overall is very nice and clean. if you are going in the summer, the ac inside the room will either be too cold or too hot. it is very loud to sleep with it on. also important to note, the breakfast is nothing more than cereal, juice, yogurt and egos with a toaster sometimes works. this hotel is close to highway which is nice. not a lot of food options in this small town besides fast food, one grocery store and a sushi place.

Could have a microwave in the rooms. No A/c in the lobby or hallways so quite warm.

Enjoyed the breakfast and the staff. Rooms were nice.

For the price they charge, there are better options. Breakfast means only bread and jam. Also, you get one key to the room (standard is 2 keys). Also, at the break fast counter, there is no help.

The room is okay but it is old style, do not expect too much. Not many choices for breakfast, do not expect too much.
