Great location. Walkable to all sightseeing. Good breakfast. Enjoyed it so much we added 2 nights to our stay. The driving/parking is challenging in the area. A hotel clerk met us and parked the car for us. They retrieved the car when we needed it to travel outside of Sorrento. Made it much easier for my family. Restaurants and shops all within steps of the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff, helpful. Our AC didn’t work , when it did didn’t get cold. They turn off the AC while you’re away. You need to ask for it to turn on. A few times we had to call on our phone as the room phone wasn’t working to call reception to help with the AC. Hot nights. The pool is small. It’s the size of 2 jacuzzis, so don’t expect to have a pool day. It’s nice to cool off your feet. The radius to everything is great . We planned on spending majority time away from the hotel. Everyone is nice. Room clean. Facilities Clean. Breakfast was satisfactory. All hours staff was available. It’s time to clean out the shower drains, ours is clogged as our showers became baths above our ankles during a quick shower. Staff : 5/5 Facilities: 3/5 Cleanliness: 4/5

Perfect location to navigate Sorrento by walking. Garden was quaint and nice to relax in the evening.

We loved our stay at Hotel Astoria Sorrento! Amazing location if you want to stay in the heart of things and don't want to pay the seaside prices. Room was super clean and the saff was very kind and attentive. The complementary breakfast was useful for early morning tours. Only downsides were noisy hallways (door had lots of gaps) and the room was smaller than we expected from the photos and description. Overall, we would stay again and maybe upgrade to a larger suite!

Great location in the heart of Sorrento with easy access to port, beach clubs and Restaurants. The staff was helpful and their breakfast buffet had a great selection. I will book this hotel again!

The hotel was a little difficult to find for the first time but once we found it what a perfect location for everything in Sorrento. The rooms were a little small but loved to sit in the balcony with an Aperol Spritz and just take in all the character of this amazing hotel. The garden bar was great. All the staff were super helpful. Get a drink at the bar. Breakfast was huge. I would highly recommend staying there!!! Thanks for all the great memories of staying there!

The afternoon drinks in the courtyard were a great way to wind down before dinner. Francesco (sp?) makes an AMAZING Tiramisu martini too!

We visited as a family of 3 adults and we stayed in the newer addition to the hotel. It was very new and very clean. The beds were comfortable and the staff were friendly and there were lots of outdoor seating options. The pool was small, but very clean and in a nice outdoor space with a nice view. The breakfast buffet had lots of options and was plentiful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was in an excellent location and our balcony was fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great place to stay. The only issue was the air conditioning. We could not adjust the temperature up and it was set at 19C which was chilly. A staff member couldn’t change it either. Other than that it was a very nice place.

This is an absolute GEM! Highly recommend. They have a private garden with a bar in the center of Sorrento. The staff were amazing. Felt like family.

Very nice and clean but very noisy. If you have trouble sleeping like me not a good place. Everything else was great.
