I think most of the rooms need deep cleaning, it was not sanitary and there were multiple roaches in my room and bathroom and the couch was really dirty and old

Our stay was excellent! The location was perfect close to everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was delicious every morning, and the staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, especially with my autistic son, which meant a lot to me. The only downsides were that I could hear my neighbor leaving their room each night, and the toilet paper holder in our bathroom was broken. Other than that, everything was great!

Simple no frills hotel but perfect for a weekend trip with the kids. Nice little pool and a great location for the mall and the water park in Katy Texas.

It was a good stay. Super close to the area I needed to be. Lots of nearby restaurants. Easy to get to. Staff was super cool. I was surprised that I actually got fresh towels and soaps everyday.

I liked the location close to where family lived and close to the mall

The stay was pleasant, the rooms were clean but the rooms and building needs updating.!

Staff was so helpful. I was there in Houston for a Dr appointment. Things changed and had to stay an additional night. Milan the front desk manager helped my wife make additional changes in my absence. This is our place to stay while we are in Katy. Note I complete these surveys each time and always comment about the pillows. We had different pillows is time and they where great.

Our stay was excellent. Milan at the front desk was amazing!! He was such a great help. We were there because my husband was having treatments at the Medical Center. My husband was not feeling well and so any questions I had or help I needed Milan went above and beyond caring and helping.

I enjoyed everything but a strange unpleasant room freshener smell

The location is fine and the rooms well cleaned with good and free parking spaces.

They space the guests out properly so it was quiet! Everything nice. They have actual hospitality people who are nice at the front desk and polite give you water and stuff! Refreshing at this price point

My only complaint and it's just me nip picking, wish they had Netflix, Amazon prime, etc. Instead of just direct tv. But other than that it was a great stay. Will come again.
