Excellent location and clean

Had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect. Rooms were clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed.

room was clean .........staff ..superb..only they need to provide 2 bottles of water .as you arrived ,you need some water

Great location, easily accessible and close to many tourist attractions, there was a problem with the air conditioning where it was blowing hot air which wasn't particularly helpful in an already hot room. Also there was a slight issue with what seemed like a never ending amount of mosquitos obviously this isn't the owners fault but it did make the experience slightly less enjoyable. The hotel provided many amenities including fresh towels and shampoo.

The location was great, hotel itself looks like there has been a lot effort but then you get to room and it looked nothing like the pics. The aircon didn't work. I do think it has a lot of potential.

My room was small but the location was the best in the middle of the tourist area. Friendly staff, modern hallway, sink was a bit clogged but overall great experience.

Our room was comfortable and breakfast was good. The staff were friendly. The hotel was a short walk from St Mark's Square, brilliant location!

Clean room, tasty fresh breakfast and great staff

Hotel was great except blond woman at front desk with glasses had a very condensing attitude unlrss you spoke Italian, a constant less than helpful smirk! Also, our shower head was just a hand held so it made it very difficult to shower but other than that, hotel was great!

While the Hotel Do Pozzi was a relatively modest hotel, it was comfortable, quiet/peaceful, clean, very well located close to St Marks Place, had a nice breakfast, and, overall, offered excellent value for money. I would definitely stay there again.

Great location, right near all the major attractions of Venice. Yes the rooms were small, but you are not spending much time in your rooms. Great breakfast and extremely friendly staff

Modern design, very clean, very helpfull and kind reception. We like that it is a small hotel and even it is situated very central in the middel of the town it is quiet.

Overall, I had a positive experience at this hotel and would consider staying here again on my next visit to Venice. The Highlights: The complimentary breakfast was a wonderful perk, and the front desk staff were consistently helpful throughout our stay. We were given a top-floor room on the third floor, which turned out to be excellent. The blackout window coverings were particularly impressive—they completely blocked out light and helped us get great sleep. The room and bedding were clean, and the location is fantastic, with easy access to everything Venice has to offer. Room for Improvement: Communication before arrival could be better—the hotel didn't respond to my pre-trip message, and the location was a bit tricky to find initially. Some clearer directions would be helpful. The room itself could benefit from better lighting that's more easily accessible, and in general, everything was nice and spacious except the bathroom and shower which felt a bit cramped. The hallway carpets outside were dirty and could use refreshing. There's only one elevator, and it moves quite slowly, so factor in extra time if you're on an upper floor. Would I Return? Yes, I would stay here again. The free breakfast, helpful staff, clean accommodations, and excellent location outweigh the minor inconveniences. Just be prepared for a cozy room and don't expect lightning-fast elevator service.

Hotel was noticeably older, but don’t let that stop you. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was great.
