Nice

Location was lovely, very close to the airport and only a 10 minute taxi ride from Palma city. Lovely beach and restaurants close by with lots of options. The drinks at the hotel were very reasonable too. However as a couple sharing a room I would’ve expected a double bed rather than two single beds pushed together, they kept moving apart. Most staff were generally friendly but some staff were miserable looking wouldn’t smile at you when you smiled and said hello to them and I asked for help putting the umbrella up outside (I was too short to reach), the lady at reception desk replied and pointed to the end of the bar and told me to ask another lady who was in the kitchen to help me, I’m not shouting into a kitchen at staff to get help, as receptionist you should be doing your job and finding the appropriate staff.

Lovey hotel . Breakfast was fantastic ! Nice quiet area but only 5 mins walk to shops, bars and restaurants. 5 mins to beach . Very relaxed .

Ideal location for a few days away. 10 mins from the airport, a 4 minute walk to the beach. Huge selection of restaurants, bars and shops just as close. The hotel was spotlessly clean at all times. The room was cosy but well equipped and the beds very comfortable. As a room only guest, tea and coffee facilities would have been welcome in the room. All the staff that we dealt with were brilliant. So kind, helpful and on hand to help with queries/organising taxis etc. I hope to return!

Fantastic long weekend trip to Palma to see my niece and we stayed in this lovely hotel. The welcome was friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Any questions we had were always answered. Taxis were requested for us. Table bar service by the pool. Room was spotless and air con very welcome. We will definitely stay here again!!

A lovely hotel, quiet & peaceful of a night, staff are friendly, plenty of choice for breakfast. Couple of minutes walk from the beach. Supermarkets either end of the road & bus stop to Palma end of the road.

Close to bus and beach. Staff weren't overly friendly nor rude-just very short with me- but nothing outstanding. No privacy on balcony so keep curtains pulled close. Odd layout. Met the need of last minute stay.

It was a nice establishment, clean and organised.

Only minus is not having a mirror in the bathroom

Excellent hotel but did not like having to pay €3 a day for safe in room. Very good breakfast. Staff very friendly Nice local area with plenty of bars and restaurants. Only 7 minutes to airport ( bus A2 )

We really enjoyed our stay, the beds are comfortable, everything very clean and the breakfast was great. No problem sleeping, we didn’t hear and aircraft sounds from the nearby airport. Would stay here again

Vacaciones en verano y el aire acondicionado no funcionó, la habitación tenía olor a humedad, era un sauna caliente, por unos instantes se fue la luz por completo en todo el hotel. El a/c nunca funcionó y fue imposible dormir con tanto calor. No tenian un servicio técnico que solucionara el aire de mi habitación.

Awesome stay; modern, clean, friendly, comfortable and amazing breakfast. Great location, 5 mins from beach, 10mins from airport. Will rebook.
