Excellent property. Everything was super clean. The bed was comfortable. The towels and sheet were fresh and new. Perfect place to stay.

Easy parking was a plus at this property. The rooms were well appointed. Hotel staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke English. The hotel restaurant was very good. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Location to the heart of the city made it easy walking.

apart from some service staff in the restaurant trying to rush us through, the food was very good. The hotel is in a stylish modern building next to the cathedral with a splendid atrium, pity they don't serve the food in that space.

Our second stay here. Good location walking distance to bars and restaurants. Comfortable room and spacious public areas. Good safe parking. Good food, excellent breakfast. Swimming pool. Good price.

Excellent location for visiting the Cathedral Santa Maria of La Seu d'Urgell.

I traveled to La Seu d'Urgell for business and the Parador Hotel was a perfect choice. The rooms were large, very clean and the service was good. The swimming pool is very nice but the gym not so much. The breakfast buffet had a vast selection and the evening restaurant was also awesome.

Very disappointing stay. Why they have to charge to use the car park. Internet is totally useless, worst I have ever come across. Our balcony was disgusting, it was filthy, and someone had been smoking and left about 50 cigarette ends in a plant pot. This was right outside our balcony door, making it impossible to sit out and enjoy. Checkout was very slow, many people waiting and only 1 person on reception.

Room was very nice, but not large or special for a relatively high price point. Front desk service was good but not excellent. More energetic and creative hotel management could make it a first class property. Restaurant Menu falls short of gourmet aspirations. I was astonished to be served glasses of wine from two different "selections of the chef" that were each very bad. How hard is it for a "gourmet" restaurant to serve wine as what I can buy at a store around the corner for less than two Euros?
