Great hospitality

Only stayed on night but highly recommend.

We were very satisfied with our stay from the hotel, the staff and the city is great. Would love to visit there again and stay at this hotel again and the room we have was a mini suite and good price.

Ok place for overnight staying

All members of staff were friendly and very helpful. The property is extremely clean. The breakfast room and the dinning room were exceptional. I would not hesitate recommend anyone to stay there.

Very good stay.. GPS takes you a side of the building. You need to know the area for you to know there's a hotel!

The reservation was in error using the HORRIBLE Hotels.com phone APP. Two hotels got booked each for two rooms at the same time in two different cities. Screw hotels.com

It would have been helpful if the parking arrangements were clearer on booking . We had a very frustrating drive around trying to park . Which was some considerable distance away . Once checked in we had access to the Hôtel underground parking .

Our stay was just fine. Check-in was easy. The room was comfortable, though the temperature was difficult to regulate. We would have liked to have a hot pot in the room for tea and a place to get just a cup of coffee in the morning, since we do not usually eat a large breakfast. We did have trouble finding someone at the front desk in the evening, but eventually they came out to help us. We had dinner one night in the restaurant and it was very good.

Good price

Great Hotel in Castellon. Staff were amazing and accommodating. Room was clean, modern and very comfortable. Walkable cafes, restaurants, bakeries, parks, church, shopping all around the hotel. A must stay if you find yourself in Castellon.

Very professional and friendly staff, but the small uncomfortable room and high pricing left us feeling disappointed and somewhat ripped off and unfortunately this is all I know remember about our short stop in this town.

Easy to get to and onsite parking was affordable. Staff was pleasant. Short walk to boutiques, bars and restaurants
