Chambre très petite mais surtout salle de bain vétuste et douche sans paravent : inondation totale lorsque l’on prend sa douche !

The room was dated and not in great condition although it was clean enough. Uncomfortable bed. No overhead light which is fine unless you need to be able to see. Location was excellent. For the price it was reasonable value.

Il y avait des travaux dans l'immeuble en face de l'hôtel avec d'immenses bruits qui m'ont réveillée a 8h. L'hotel aurait pu faire un geste et diminuer le montant du prix. Il fausait froid dans la salle du petit-dejeuner Mais le personnel etait adorable.

The room

Most of the staff were very lovely and helpful. There was a rather surly female staff in the afternoon/evenings who was not very helpful,but c’est la vie. Also, the sleeping pillows were very hard, like lying on a rock. Otherwise the room and the hotel were beautiful and clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable.

Great central hotel . Front desk staff is friendly and efficient .rooms are quiet ( back of hotel . Front hotel has major construction being done til 6pm) breakfast is great . I recommand if you want to be downtown

Terrific location. Staff is very helpful. Rooms, small but well appointed and organized.

The hotel was well situated with easy access to town centre. The room ,while quite small ,was clean and tidy and facilities were adequate. It was practical and I would be happy to recommend it.

A good nights stay

La chica de recepció muy amable! El hotel esta muy bien calidad-precio! La cama es cómoda. Está en pleno centro. Restaurantes en la misma calle. Repetiría.

great location

Good, basic, if somewhat austere accomodations. the room was clean and comfortable for the three of us. Only real complaint was the noise overnight (we slept with our windows open) cooing from the street cleaning, garbage removal etc. It would be nice if the room was equipped with more electrical outlets for charging devices etc.

Au delà des travaux juste en face de ma chambre et dont l’établissement n’est pas responsable, je déplore principalement un manque d’insonorisation intérieur qui fait que l’on vit littéralement avec les personnes des autres chambres. J’ai été réveillé tous les matins par le réveil et les pas de la personne au dessus de moi, quand ce n’était pas par les personnes dans le couloir. Autres griefs : des tapis anciens certes très jolis mais qui ne sont pas aspirés correctement (cheveux, etc), une TV des années 2000 (24 pouces), des rideaux occultant mal et pas de téléphone pour appeler la réception…

Great location, very clean with curteaus staff.

Upside was the great location. The downside was that my room was so tiny it was only barely possible to walk in the room, only one pillow. Also, the staff did not appear interested in providing customer service

Very clean, quite and staff are very friendly. Location is not far from Capitôle.

I arrived and saw a major construction project directly in front of hotel and out my window. I was worried about the noise, but the windows literally silenced it.. there was a cement truck and a crane feet from my window and the sound was non existent with windows closed… open them and boom. I was happily surprised. Location was great, across from Victor Hugo Market and walking distance from train station. My single room was small, but I am only one person. I had enough room.
