I enjoyed the soup on the dinning hall. The lady on the dinning hall was so nice and courtesy mannered. Specially, the soup and wine, I enjoyed.

Fantastic Hotel, very clean room. Excellent service by the reception.

Paper cups to make tea and in the bathroom. The property is old and with a small fridge and plastic cups/ beakers (tea O water) it would be three star hotel. I repeat the staff were friendly and hotel was clean which is GOOD.

Hotel Christina was very quant.

A well located hotel with free parking very close. The staff were all very helpful and spoke good English. The hotel was well presented and the bedroom was spacious and serviced every day. The only negative we had was the time of breakfast, 7am until 9am. However, there were plenty of cafes and bars nearby.

I booked through hotel.com for double bed room i went to check in they told me there no name been booked on your name after few minutes conversation they said yer we have your booking i got my key and when i got in the room they gave me a staff room i it was single bed and ful.of dust i went to asked them. This is wht i booked they said sorry we dont have any rooms if you want you can find another hotel and i couldn't sleep whole noght because of noice from upstairs toilet flash and noise from restaurants the room number was 223 i ll not stay in this hotel anymore

The room was nice and large, bathroom was marble and also a great size incl. bidet. Location was great. Located on the other side of the bridge across from Hotel Alba . We had a great view of the mountains and the river. Hotel is an easy 15 min casual walk to the Basilica, 20/25 to the central business area. No air con, but had a large window that you could keep open. wifi was reliable. Only qualm was the breakfast. It was the only hotel that included breakfast and by the time we arrived at 9:00 AM, most of the items were gone. Had to request for replenishment but only a bare minimum. Ended up drinking tea and eating a croissant. 2 of 3 reception folk odd. Lady with ponytail super friendly.

Big clean quiet room with comfortable bed and excellent shower. Within walking distance to all the activities related to the Lourdes grotto. On leaving, the receptionist told me I should be paying 20 Euros for parking and brekky as the website had incorrect information. I explained that I had chosen the hotel because it had free breakfast and free parking. I had already paid online and had no intention of paying more. She understood reluctantly and was very pleasant.

We went there for a visit of the Sanctuary and grotto of Lourdes. Very convenient, walkable location as the hotel is close to everything. Room is very very small. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are not air conditioned, but it rained when we were there so the temperature was pleasant. I would stay here again/ recommend this place, but should get bigger/ better room.

Hotel in general is nice and relaxing. Rooms are very small. Price is reasonable. Location is excellent, next to the river so it's always airy, fresh, cool, and very convenient to all things in Lourdes, including to the Sanctuary, the Grotto and the town's attractions. Hotel service staff is good, friendly. Breakfast is reasonably priced but has very little selection (just a few variety of bread and rolls with slices of salami and a cold cut, one kind of cheese, boiled eggs, same for everyday). Only not-cool thing was we were charged two prices for supposedly one single and one double room, and they turn out to be identical (ie, both very small).

It was a magnificent stay, the owner was there to greet us and walked with my husband to the parking area. the staff was very friendly and the room has a wonderful view as well as a good size bathroom. Very close to the Santuary only took us 10 minute , 20 the most if you want to go in a slow pace..Good restaurants in the vecinity or you can eat at the hotel which has one on the premises. We will definitely stay at this hotel next time we visit Lourdes .

Got there late, made feel very welcome. Rooms very comfortable. Have been to Lourdes many times, this hotel had the best breakfast, the nicest staff who were friendly and helpful. I was sorry we were only staying one night. This is my Lourdes hotel from now on.

Hôtel bien situé par rapport à la basilique.. Ensuite je pense qu un petit rafraîchissement des chambres s imposerait, mais pour de courts séjours ça passe.. sinon tous les équipements sont fonctionnels, il y a 2 ascenseurs qui sont appréciables vus le flux de gens..

Die Lage war perfekt in der Nähe der Kirche. Es war ziemlich zentral. Uns wurden auch Rollstuhl Möglichkeiren angeboten für Ältere. Leider sind die Putzkräfte immer ohne zu Klopfen direkt reingekommen. Ansonsten war das Personal freundlich. Parkmöglichkeiten mit VIP Access gab es auch.
