Lovely hotel in easy walking distance to the village. The heated pool and terrace with a view was a bonus. Very friendly and helpful reception staff

We were very impressed by the ambiance and quality of the property as compared to most BW properties in the US. Great setting with the pool and views.

The staff at this hotel were lovely. They assisted us in scheduling a private taxi to the airport for our departure, as navigating to Marseille would have proven frustrating on our own. The pool was warm and it was walking distance to amazing restaurants and views. The room was a decent size, with a Nespresso and a mini fridge. We did not have the breakfast, but it looked decent. I would stay here again.

Had a lovely stay. Great location close to beaches and quick walk to the port/restaurants and the old town. Common area and pool are excellent. Rooms are clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and the view while eating breakfast is stunning.

Very helpful staff, including the receptionists who took care of us throughout our stay. We loved the free lemon drink and pastries - nice touch! Wonderful pool, loungers, good breakfast choices and brilliant location for walking around Cassis. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a large bed, good air conditioning and blackout blind. The only slight issue was a minor smell from the drain, but unbeatable that this is not the hotel's fault.

Be cautious about staying at this hotel during the summer months. Some rooms have good air conditioning, some have insufficient air conditioning that can't cool the room below the outside temperature. Staff are unwilling/unable to do anything if you get one of the rooms with insufficient air conditioning. We had to sleep with the window opens overnight to reduce the temperature in the room from 26 to 23 degrees, so we could get some sleep. The pool is nice though, although the ladder into the pool is loose and could become a hazard at some point.

Best hotel and friendliest staff!!! I will never forget how they would prepare a table for breakfast for us every morning because we have a little one. Just so it’s ready when we get there. Will always return!

Good location for beach, old town, national park. Room on small side and looking a bit worn. Disappointed with service, as when asked to book taxi they booked some random guy with 1 review who charged 2.5 times the meter rate. Would expect an international chain to use the official taxi if guest asks for a taxi

The hotel was perfectly located between downtown restaurants and beaches. Nice balcony and lovely pool area.

Gorgeous views from the bar / dining area out over the bay. The pool was lovely, and quiet, very relaxing. The hotel is in a great location to walk into Cassis (about 4 minutes downhill) which is a beautiful port with a variety of restaurants and shops, boat trips and a small beach. It really is a wonderful location. We were in the south of France to watch some Olympic football matches and had originally planned to stay in Marseille, but I'm so glad I found this hotel instead. You can get the train into Marseille if you want (about a 30 minute journey) or drive. Cassis is a bit of a hidden gem and I wish we could have spent longer exploring. Breakfast was very good - lots of options and kids eat free. We had a family room, with a connecting door which worked very well for us and our 2 kids. Only downside is there is limited parking at the hotel, and also there is no lift. But we managed okay as there are only 2 floors (3 including the ground floor). Definitely recommend.

It’s a good hotel with a pool close to the hub of town

Restaurant and bar service was lacking. The location was excellent and the rooms were comfortable.

Hôtel is continently located on this beautiful seaside town. Staff were lovely. Reception when we arrived took car of booking our dinner in a lovely restaurant that she recommended. The facility is older, rooms very small and dated, however, it was clean, just needs some upgrading. Air conditioning in France is not what we consider cooling in Europe… or at least not that I have found. But don’t let that deter you. It worked fine for what we wanted because we loved being out on the town!
