Beautiful hotel in the heart of Chesky Krumlov. Well updated and room was very spacious. Reception staff was very kind to upgrade room for my anniversary celebration.

AC is advertised but the property had turned it off centrally, and they didn't heed to our request to enable it. It was too hot in the room so we had a sleepless night. Customer service is really apathetic all around. Minibar was not working and they didn't make any effort to fix it. They just said it would be repaired after we check out. Breakfast buffet was decent.

This is a decent hotel in an incredible old town village. A bit noisy with the windows open. The staff were incredibly helpful with the multitude of our questions

Clean rooms in the charming old town square overlooking the Christmas market. Great location for visiting the town. Nice buffet breakfast.

What a perfect room in a perfect hotel in a perfect place!

The room at night with a bright green flashing light from AC (in autumn/winter time), that could be disturbing. However, it might be turned off by telling the staff as I told the receptionist the next day. Breakfast can be with more options and better quality. Other than this, all are good.

The staff, Naz, Foued, and Faruk, were all superb, lovely and helpful at all times. The room was spotlessly clean and the location central. They gave us free access to the sister hotel's (Hotel Ruze) pool which was great on a rainy day. I should mention that if you need quiet to sleep, the nearby church bells clong ALL night long, every 15 minutes, 24/7..

Room safe didn't work and despite request to staff was not fixed during four night stay

The room should should be better insulated against sound from loud guests and also guests that are taking a shower in the next room. Otherwise the room was great.

Clean room, nice staffs, location is great, just in the center of city square, walkable to all landmarks, like the hotel, recommend staying there

The stay was fine overall. The staff were great and all of my interactions at the hotel were positive. My only note—something worth flagging for future guests—is that The Old Inn is located right on the square, and it can get LOUD. If you’re a light sleeper, I’d recommend bringing earplugs or asking for a room at the back of the property. It may have been especially busy since it was a Saturday night, but we struggled to get much sleep. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

We stayed 3 nights at the Hotel OLDINN; Our room was large, hotel location was walking distance to many cafes and restaurants.
