Very friendly staff, plenty of outdoor public space, delicious desserts, and a great view — especially the beautiful sunrises. A lovely atmosphere in early September. Had a great stay!

Good hotel. Convenient location. Only minor problem was that the pool water was over chlorinated.

We stayed here for 4 nights in June and overall it was what we expected. This is an excellent hotel for kids with kids pool (water park) and bunch if activities for kids. We booked the apartment which was very clean and reasonably spacious for European standards. The food was mediocre at best, but we weren't expecting much anyway. It was all inclusive with decent beer but not much good choices in cocktails or wine. The lake water was cold so we ended up spending most of the time in the pool. The best experience in this hotel was the lush and spacious grounds where we could relax with some drinks and snacks at the palms cafe. It does get crowded on weekends a d I expect it to be very crowded in summer, so may not be ideal choice if you don't want to stand in lines and struggle to find decent spot for pool chairs. Overall it was a good stay for a quick getaway from Austria.

I couldn’t believe it was all inclusive for the price- food, alcohol, coffee anytime you want. Very delicious food- best scrambled eggs I have ever had. Right on the lake. I might have been the only American there which made it even more interesting. The staff was great. Lots of great biking and running in the area. Only $9-10 by train from Budapest

The location is great. Right on the lake. Local transportation is a bit problematic. I paid about $8 US to go one mile from the train station. The rooms are in dire need of updating and there was no AC. Food was ok, but not anything special.

Great location next to the lake. The rooms were modern, clean and tidy. The downstairs lobby and restaurant were quite tired and in need of refurbishment. We didn't use the all inclusive much but the food and drink we did have was of an ok standard.

All inclusive meals were nothing but cafeteria, dried out food. Room was small and need maintenance. Showering was difficult since you had to climb into a high sided tub. Hotel was run down.

The price reflects mainly the "all inclusive" side (food, drinks and own beach), than the rest of the facilities (room size and location- althought an impressive view for those on top floor rooms). The hotel itfself seems to be an old building, refreshed with some upgrades. The cooling system was appreciated, it was not even necessary during the nigh, due to cool temps outside. Food is rather tasty with a wide range of alternatives and friendly buffet-personell. This accommodation suits best for families with children (playground, kids-pool and organized activities) and elderly people. A bit "far" from the heart of the already small town. Beware the toilet flush: it blows out ones ears!!! May we suggest a grille in front of the windows in the rooms? It shows a certain degree of ignorance by not having them installed at such hights!

Was ja auch reicht. Ansonsten Preis/Leistung durch Nebensaisonpreis i.O.
