Great hotel in beautiful location. Very comfortable and relaxing. Staff really friendly throughout. Would highly recommend.

Classic quality hotel with excellent attentive service

Seems like the hotel needs to do some upgrades. Broken tile on the patio outside our room, keys from the 1970’s, mold in the silicone in the shower. Beds squeak and are not very comfortable.

Decent spot, service was ok - left a little to be desired e.g. wouldn't provide a bottle of water at 11.01pm because room-service was closed - even though the next night we were able to get water at 11.35pm. Nice views, nice couryard, rooms ok. Not bad but not great.

Very nice place super friendly cleaners and waiting staff but service and friendliness by mid range and above staff a bit off probably due to them being public sector employees

The tranquility and beautiful gardens, seeing the sparrow hawk sitting on window sills and crying out to his mother was fantastic. The steps to the sauna need refreshing please..

Lovely, historic building, cool, shady public areas with lovely views overlooking the bay. Beautiful gardens though down a steep slope. Very good size room with balcony and seating area. Excellent breakfast choice. Taxi to airport or Santa Cruz c12€.

Lovely hotel surrounded by beautiful gardens with plenty of public areas to sit and relax. It is a little isolated - but only 15 minutes into town on the bus.

Hotel generally OK, gardens very nice, swimming pool unheated and could do with a clean but our stay was out of season. Room and hotel interior comfortable. Easy to find from airport and town. One price for breakfast, therefore expensive for Continental for my wife but acceptable for Full for me. Only had one dinner, expensive and disappointing compared to local restaurants.

+++ The hotel has a very beautiful colonial style, with many areas where to sit down and relax, read, or have a drink. Beautiful gardens, and beautiful view down the hills to the see from the terrace. Spacious room, very comfortable bed, very nice and clean bathroom. --- WiFi reception in the room was very poor. Dinner in the restaurant was overpriced, and the service was fairly poor, food didn't come in the right sequence, and several mistakes in the orders. I would recommend to drive down into Cancajos or Santa Cruz for dinner.

I only stayed overnight. I was pleased to find an obliging receptionist as it was almost midnight by the time I arrived from the ferry. The room was clean and comfortable, but not especially quiet. Reasonable value.

Alles war gut. Nachbarn etwas laut, aber da kann das Hotel nichts dafür. Es hat genügend Parkplätze, die Lage ist gut (in gut 5 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in Santa Cruz).
