Ich hatte ein Doppelzimmer bestellt und bezahlt und einen Singleroom erhalten. Ein Tausch wurde mir nicht gestattet mit dem Hinweis, man sei 'ausgebucht'.

Wonderfully helpful staff. Great room and easy parking. The only complaint I have is that there is no top sheet and the duvets are very warm. We sweat most the night even with the windows open.

Everything we needed was there and grocery stores and cafes were all walkable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. On site parking was especially convenient

A slightly seedy hotel in a dull part of the city. Our room had a terrible smell so we asked to change which took ages. It wasnt expensive but not greatl. Car park is a nightmare to access and gets full

Unexpected bad smells and room which does not match the listing. No mini fridge - weird mouldy smell emitting from cupboard which was dirty cutlery. No air con or fan so boiling hot

No spa, no laundry, no television stations in English. Convenient location from train station and central plaza.

Great service today

Conveniently located; and set back from the street so it was very quiet. A short walk from the train station and to the city center. Clean room, and comfortable bed and pillows. We really enjoyed the garden in the evenings, to relax and have a drink. We will stay here again, next time we are in Offenburg.

Great place to stay if you miss your late night connecting train and are stuck late at night in Offenburg. Safe and peaceful neighborhood. 7 minute walk from Offenburg Bhf and 7 minute walk from the main central shopping district and old town.

Very nice, clean, comfortable hotel. Nice location. The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to assist with some travel issues I was having. Highly recommend this hotel.
