Absolutely B E A U T I F U L!

Definitely not a 4start hotel, I would say its maybe 2 stars at best. Originally, we were put in a handicap room that did not have a toilet seat, had tears in the toilet (unsanitary), had used shampoo containers in the shower (so was likely not cleaned well) and had a horrible smell from the shower bathroom like sewage. We arrived late at night so we stayed and first thing in the morning asked to change rooms. The front desk staff was very rude and annoyed at the request and refused to move us. When, I said that I would need to cancel the remaining nights to find a new hotel, then they looked to change rooms but gave us a VERY hard time about it. The new room was only ok, at least no smell. They claim that in the future they will make all rooms handicap accessible, meaning no toilet seats and open showers, which I find very uncomfortable for families. The beds are not comfortable, the hotel is very out of the way and breakfast is quite limited (at least friendly staff for breakfast). We will definitely not stay at this hotel again.

Very outdated hotel, definitely not a 4 star hotel. Breakfast was fine. Underground parking with many spaces available.

Easy parking on property, staff was great but dinner not very good, no wine selection. Super quiet and comfortable room.

There was no wifi in the room. I guess they out us in a room too far from the reception. Lights were off and room was small, but clean. Staff is kind. Parking in the premises

Excellent service

This property was very confusing when booking and became even more confusing when we arrived. In the pictures they show the castle property which leads you to believe that its part the overall property and you have access to the grounds. No you don't. The old castle property belongs to someone else and you do not even have access to walk around the grounds. It's quiet as your out in the country so not possible to walk to restaurants. We choose to stay and eat at the hotel for the convenience. Food is fine but nothing special. Staff were good. The room had a broken scones light that should have been fixed a long time ago. We were disappointed as the pictures lead us to believe one thing and found something very different. My wife and I both commented that if they had not portrayed it as part of the castle we would have still stayed here. They are using the photo to attract guests so based on that we are giving a lower score.

Nice large room. Great shower Bed was comfortable but the air conditioning did not work well 😕

Air conditioning is useless, not removing any humidity and not cooling the room lower than 21C. Shower was damaged and the shower head was always dropping, needed to be fixed.

This is a beautiful, well-maintained hotel and is good value for money. The food was delicious. The hotel states that it's in a large woodland. This is true however it is not accessible. There is a footpath nearby that takes you by some fields.

Very bad experience

The location is literally in the middle of no where - not super easy to access. The room was really hot. Breakfst was bleh and dinner options were not many. The property on the outside is beautiful and if you are looking for just an escape from everything - it has that charm. The staff was very sweet and accomodating.

Very beautiful place and hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Needs a bit of renovations in rooms and amenities, but it isn’t anything major or will have effect on stay. Recommend it everyone, especially for couples wanting to spend time alone.

Really nice place . Close to town with really nice walking areas and small restaurants. Enjoyed my stay
