Bit more pricey, but if you enjoy Excellent service, staff give recommendation and friendly to chat Rooftop bar Luxurious decor Room service is great Quite a lively neighborhood with many good food and bars Clean This hotel is for you The not so good: Breakfast is decent and convenient but not as excellent as large hotels. Then again, street food in Hanoi is typically excellent Room not the biggest but understandable as it is old town Tidbits need to pay money, most things are charged except for coffee, tea and water Room is quite soundproof although the bar opposite is noisy, can't hear it Costs more money, but honestly I think it's worth it

Great service, had a birthday celebration and had a complimentary chocolate cake. Breakfast spread was decent and good enough-go for the made to order pho and omelette. Although it 's right smack in the middle of old quarter the soundproofing was amazing. Staff took lots of initiative and was very satisfied with my stay here!

Central location, convenient transportation and sightseeing. Room clean and reasonable, however slightly small. Staff friendly, enthusiastic. We have not eaten at the restaurant yet.
