The staff are super helpful and very kind. Room space is sufficient to open 2 pcs of luggage. The room is clean and tidy, no complaints at all. They have a variety of breakfast and can order ala carte as well. I enjoyed my stay here with the strategic location in the heart of Old Quarter.

Great service, had a birthday celebration and had a complimentary chocolate cake. Breakfast spread was decent and good enough-go for the made to order pho and omelette. Although it 's right smack in the middle of old quarter the soundproofing was amazing. Staff took lots of initiative and was very satisfied with my stay here!

Central location, convenient transportation and sightseeing. Room clean and reasonable, however slightly small. Staff friendly, enthusiastic. We have not eaten at the restaurant yet.

This hotel exceeds our expectation, especially in terms of its services. Their staff are very helpful and friendly. For example, they offered to take care of our morning flight by city check-in (our morning flight was at 5. 55 am). Aside from its services, the room itself is simple yet elegant and nicely made. This hotel definitely made our stay in Hanoi very memorable..
