Great. The staff was fantastic and dog policy was terrific too. Even provided a bed and bowls. Could not have asked for nicer kinder staff. Breakfast was great too. Don’t add it to your reservation on Expedia though. Cheaper just to buy at hotel or add to reservation here. 10 At check in, 12 at breakfast vs 16.5pp on Expedia.

Excellent service absolutely amazing

Although the hotel is not centrally located, it is close enough to several major Barcelona attractions and well connected by public transport, with the Marina and Bogatell metro stations within walking distance. The building and amenities are decent, and breakfast was good, though the options were somewhat limited. The room, however, was a bit rundown and in need of refurbishment. The double bed advertised wasn’t actually a double but rather two single beds that easily separated, which was inconvenient for us since our small daughter couldn’t sleep with us.

Not a 4-star property at all. Advertised a double bed - instead got 2 twin beds pushed together. The bathroom smells of sewer, so the door needed to be shut all the time. Expect better from a 4-star. No "do not disturb" sign. Despite asking reception for no cleaning, was still woken at 9am by housekeeping for cleaning. And again at 12pm by reception. What hotel doesn't have a "do not disturb" sign for their doors???! Thin walls. Families with unruly children running around the hallways at night.

Good room, nice location, bilingual staff

It was perfect for a family of four. Good location. Breakfast always fresh. There is alot of places to eat around the hotel as well. The Laundry was a plus, when yiubtravel for 10 days. The area felt really safe as well. Did not experience any noise as previous reviews I've read.

Very clean and spacious

The first night was nightmare due to the disgusting smell of bathroom. For the whole night we were not able to sleep due to the smell. It was a safety hazard. The management were nice and professional. Provided us a free breakfast the next day and changed our room and said will not charge us for the first night. Getting uber there was not possible due to being in particular area of town and had to get taxi and of course cost more.

They let us use the room early and also tell us to refund 20% of the fee for having minor issue on the bathroom door. Overall excellent

We had a great suite and were able to have breakfast every day in our room. The hotel is a little out of the way but still walkable and very close to à metro line.

Very nice room and lovely breakfast buffet. Staff could have explained a few things like you need to put your key card into slot so lights would work and how to adjust air conditioning. Noise late at night from outside and in hallways and doors to the rooms made a loud noise if you let them self close. Would stay in a different area if we come back. A bit off the beaten track. Nice to have a little fridge and microwave. Nice bathroom too!

Local dining and bars were nice! Walk to get the subway no matter where we were going was quick and easy! Hotel was clean, a/c worked, no complaints (:

Decent accommodations. They charge 15 EUR for early check-in (upon availability). Feels like it’s a part of a college campus. Best part is the location. Walkable to the beach, clubs, restaurants. The bathroom smelled like sewage which was off putting, otherwise the stay was ok

Nice, clean hotel in a quiet and cool location.

Room is dirty, AC brokedown and i had to remind reception multiple times to get the AC repaired (it did not get repaired) or switxh our rooms. Barcelona during my stay was 40 celsius.
