Wonderful hotel in beautiful Seefeld!! The best !!

Absolutely stunning hotel. One of the best I've ever been too. The location was perfect, the hotel was amazing, the food was too quality and the staff were so friendly.

Really enjoyed our stay. Quiet, beautiful view, great hikes. Amazing vegan menu (super vegan friendly!). Great 20M outdoor pool for swimmers. Welcoming staff.

This is a beautiful alpine resort in a small town called Seefeld which is about 10 miles from Innsbruck. It was very easy to take the train into Innsbruck. The town of Seefeld is charming!

This is one of the best stays and experiences. I highly recommend and we look forward to staying again. The staff were exceptional! The hotel is well situated, well designed and maintained. The spa was serene and clean. There is a lot to do just at the resort without needing to step out. Overall a wonderful experience.

Superb service from start to finish. As a young family with a 10 and 2 year old, we were made to feel welcome and almost all facilities were available to us to use. All staff were fantastic. We would certainly stay again

The Hotel Stay was very nice; the spa area is absolute fabulous, wonderful saunas, quiet spaces and great ambiance- the changing rooms could use an update; there are no toiletries, no hair dryer or keys to lock your personal items; the gym area is a little small and outdated, the dining options are great, but not really what I would expect staying at a 5 star hotel, the salad bar is soso, options are very limited; the staff at night is top notch, the morning crew needs a little reminder that guests like coffee right away, I had to get up a few times to ask for more coffee or the “morning news” - also the breakfast buffet is not what I would call 5 star, it was a nice selection but could use a little upgrade; but I would say my biggest disappointment was my room, it was small, there was a pole almost in the middle of the room, I had no night stand and felt it was very cramped; knowing that they weren’t fully occupied, I was a little surprised to have been given such a small room with a view into the parking lot; bottom line, I very much enjoyed my stay, but would likely not return - there were too many little things that didn’t add up to 5 star experience and didn’t give me the bang for the buck that I paid.

We just returned from our trip to Switzerland & Austria. This property is absolutely gorgeous, rooms are extremely comfortable, food is delicious and service is outstanding! A very memorable experience and highly recommended!

This hotel was amazing! It is a beautiful resort hotel with a lovely staff and amazing food! We were planning to go into Innsbruck the day we arrived but we decided to stay at the hotel and sit by the lake in a cabana. At both dinners we were there the owner personally came to our table to greet us and ask how everything was. Most importantly, there is the amazing Sachertorte! I can’t wait to come back!!

Amazing venue, beautiful VIP room upgrade. Great discrete anti Covid measures. Stunning scenery all around. We loved the free cakes that are served every evening too!
