Not the greatest Wifi

The room was nice and clean, and the breakfast room was nice. The breakfast included with the price of the room was very good. I picked it for the price and the rating, but I didn’t realize it wasn’t near the City Center, where I needed to be. It was on a busy street in a residential neighborhood.

Very good hotel and very polite and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable. The only negative was the distance from the center. Far and the public transport was not so good mainly weekends and after 9 o'clock

Very good choice for Verona visit. A short bus ride away from the noise of Verona. Top class 3* hotel for a fraction of the cost of a central hotel.

Hotel service is great. They give all information about the center of Verona, that makes your vaccation easy :)

Reception gentlemen very helpful and friendly.

We had a problem with our shower flooding the place because it wasn't contained properly and the head was too powerful. But when we mentioned it they upgraded us to a better room. This is proof of excellent hotel service. We were very happy and comfortable with our stay.

It was good value for money and we'd be happy to stay there again. The rooms were clean and the personnel friendly and helpful. Nice, clean and spacious rooms with minimal furnishings. Window can open for fresh air which is an added bonus!

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are quite large and spotlessly clean as well as being really quiet. The breakfast buffet is excellent with an extensive choice and is regularly replenished. Although the hotel is out of the centre it's really easy to get in on the local bus (1.30 Euros). The stop is just across the road from the hotel. The buses are every 20 minutes into the centre and also stop at the train station. There is a supermarket opposite the hotel and a large Lidl only 3 minutes walk away. The hotel is very comfortable and welcoming.

A very friendly Hotel with excellent staff,good value for money

We had a fantastic stay at Gardenia hotel! the staff is absolutely adorable, very friendly and helpful, the room was big and clean. Very comfortable too, we had a great night sleep there! There is a bus not too far that drove us to the historic centre in 20 minutes - you can buy tickets at the hotel reception. The breakfast was good, varied and again lovely staff.

Everything is 5 out of 5 however it is 6km from the city centre in a clean & safe area, there are 4 buses an hour that run so its easy and cheap takes about 15mins.
