Petar was an excellent host. He even picked me up at the Split airport upon my arrival and took me to the room. I found that extraordinarily kind and generous. The room was immaculate! It’s also very close to the pier, where I needed to meet the Boat for my cruise … less than 10 minutes in foot. All in all, a good experience!

The room was lovely! The owner, Peter, was super welcoming and attentive. He explained us everything, from where to park til dining options and supermarkets around. The flat was clean and included everything you could need, from cooking supplies to every confort detail. The best choice!

Good central location, 5 minutes walk to the town and the beach. Friendly and helpful host, clean and modern room. I would recommend Kuzma rooms when staying in Split.

I loved this little room, small but sufficient for a solo traveler. Walking distance to all the sites and bus station. The owner was excellent and I lost my way getting there but he patiently waited for me. They own the restaurant across the rooms and the food there is not only great but affordable for that area. I woudl stay again.

Super enjoyed my stay here. Has a safe for your belongings. The family owns the restaurant across the street so you can get breakfast and authentic food for dinner. It is nestled in a quiet and safe area 10 minutes walking from the touristy area. I can’t recommend this enough. No complaints

Clean & quiet apartment-style room with extremely personable ownership. Full kitchenette, full breakfast also included (basic but well-prepared). Close to all the sights, yet tucked away on a quiet back street. Mislav was attentive and helpful and genuine. Just a great value. Would easily stay here again next visit to Split. You won’t regret a thing about staying here.

Difficult to find, off Main Street. Breakfast was plentiful, help from owner & breakfast bar very supportive

The place was easy to find and about a12 min walk from the bus or ferry. Clean room, roomy shower. Great breakfast. Small restaurant by owners across the street is good food and inexpensive. Close to town, ferry, bus, bazzar. Would stay again.

This apartment is in a great location to and from the port and city centre. The owner Peta is extremely helpful in general and is happy to help with getting to and from airport and packing breakfast if you have an early start. The apartment itself is clean and quite new and perfect as a base for getting around Split.

Staff was very friendly. I immediately felt like family. That’s also part of the charm of Croatia. Location was super convenient to the Palace, the bus trips, the boat excursions, and walking tours.

Direction is not easy to follow. Host wasn’t there when I got there. I had to call hotels.com support. Safe was locked and unattached.

The hosts were very accommodating and available to assist . location is excellent , in the city but in the quiet areas

We enjoyed our stay at these rooms, nicely updated with good AC and large bathroom. 10 minute walk to the palace area and to the ferries. Mislev was very helpful!

Felt like home... Petar and his son took really good care of us and the chef made us really happy with her excellent cooking.

Mislav was wonderful to deal with regarding this accommodation and very helpful during my stay at this property. It was very clean and self sufficient for all my needs and the location was very close to everything for sightseeing, walking, etc. The airport transport to/from property was a welcome and much appreciated extra service. My only comment was that the bed was a little too soft for my back and at times, made it difficult to fall asleep. Other than that, I highly recommend this property and look forward to staying there again in the future.
