My partner and little 7 year old girl stayed for 4 night. It was amazing. The breakfast was superb mix of western and lively Taiwanese food. The beach was stunning and we even swam with some turtles in our last day that came to visit.

We loved our poolside room!! Perfect for kids to run to the pool first thing in the morning. It was also super sweet that they refill your minibar and snacks. We had such an amazing time!!

This hotel is located in a very good location, quiet, safe, and the breakfast is very rich. The service staff are very friendly and professional. I booked the Caesar Hotel for two nights on Expedia. Despite concerns about the Hualien earthquake, even if I couldn't get a refund, I canceled my trip to Hualien and continued to stay in Kenting. The hotel front desk was very helpful and helped me extend my stay for two more nights. The four-night stay at Caesar Hotel in Kenting was an unforgettable experience.

This is not a 5 star hotel. 4 star maybe. Breakfast is very poor by 5 star standard

Facilities was clean and easy to access. Very comfortable stay for the entire family.

Very pleasant hotel, friendly staff. The room was recently renovated and had a nice sea view. The room prices automatically go up significantly for Friday and Saturday but very good value during the week. Also be aware that the breakfast restaurant is extremely busy at the weekend. The restaurant can handle it but there are a lot of people. For some reason the pool and beach were pretty empty but both are very pleasant. Definitely aimed at families but as a couple we really enjoyed the hotel.

This is one of few resorts in the Kenting area. Parts of hotel have been renovated and parts haven't . There needs to be a review of the rating of this property as it is certainly not 5 star. Rooms are partially rennovated and needs updating especially bathrooms and tiles. Corridors , outdoor umbrellas are in need of desperate clean . Balconies need a refreshing coat of paint and review of the flora and plants . I would strongly recommend that Expedia review the ratings of this property and work with this property to ensure it meets the ratings that are published online. Perhaps this was once a very nice place >10 years ago but has not been maintained. I would also recommend to Expedia to filter the ratings to review in last 3 years vs reviews > 3 years. Prices does not match the quality. Facilites and choice of activities for children are good and so is the breakfast and breakfast area is lovely. But overall this hotel needs renovation and upkeep.

It was very nice hotel to stay.

A great resort for family. We love the lounge cafe. The dessert, mango tart, is so good that we had to take some to-go. We will be back when we are in Taiwan again!
