Staff was super attentive, apartment had everything including washer and dryer which was key for our trip. Location is perfect if you want to walk around downtown and shop around.

Our stay at Suites Avenue was exceptional. The property is sparkling clean with a modern and stylish appearance. Importantly, the plumbing, elevator, kitchen appliances, and so on were all is perfect working order. Great water pressure in the shower, and no lack of hot water. The furnishings were comfortable, including the beds. The 24/7 staff was friendly and very accommodating (thank you Javier, and all of the others). And of course, the location can't be beat. Without question, I would stay here again if I am fortunate enough to return to Barcelona.

Great hotel. Amazing room that included two bedrooms (one large, one small), a common area, kitchen and two bathrooms. Impeccably clean. Staff provided excellent service. A real luxury experience. Located between the Hermes and Fendi stores on the Passeig de Gracia. Highly recommend this hotel, particularly for longer stays.

Great place to stay, Javier was an excellent host, and the apartment was beautiful. Fully recommended.

If thing went great, location is superb and staff were very helpful, my only downside is the noise coming from outside, the open bathroom concept and there is no door lock to the internal bedroom.

I loved everything about this hotel. Clean, super friendly staff, full kitchen, quiet (I stayed in rear so I wasn’t on Main Street) great views, location was superb, safe area, walkable to many stores and restaurants. Highly recommend this place for Barcelona.

A choice to always come back to. It’s a small boutique apartment hotel and each unit is different as we had a huge party and noticed each rooms differences. All great units, just some owners had more amenities than others. Example glasses, cutlery, and such. Will definitely be back.

Excellent location. The facility/room has everything you need: swimming pool, gym, roof top to see Casa Mila, washer and dryers, etc. The only downside is Parking is very tight.

One of the most stunning apartments I’ve ever stayed at. I got the penthouse with the terrace and I was happy with the views. Service was great too.

Great location, we are able to see casa mila straight from the balcony. It’s right next to hermes and fendi, also great for our shopping trips. The staff that helped us check in were friendly and helpful, will definitely come back next time!

the bathroom is terrible, flooded when having shower. Also, they should warn guest to lower the electrical blind when using the toilet. with its camouflaged window you wouldn't know people can see through from the lift lobby.
