Good location, but I expected shorter walk to the most interesting places

Wonderful hotel & staff & a perfect location.

Everything was prefect except for the parking which was too expensive

The check in was in the middle of the restaurant area and very hard to find. I stayed 4 nights and it was on the 3rd day I could walk into the right door and find the lift without too much trouble. There is no signage for the front door, no direction to the reception desk, and no tourist information. I would not recommend this as my choice to stay in Locarno.

Was fast and easy check in. We were provided with all the information we needed. Very clean property

We were just one night. The hotel is good located, very close to the lake in the centre of Locarno. Friendly staff. The cinema rooms are nice and functional, great shower as well.

Die Mitarbeiter an der Reception waren freundlich, unkompliziert und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war schön, modern, ruhig, praktisch und bequem. Habe sehr gut geschlafen. Die Lage ist genial und sehr zentral. Alles ist zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis fand ich auch gut. Einziger Nachteil: Der Wasserdruck der Duschbrause war relativ schwach und das Wasser in der Dusche lief zu langsam ab. Ansonsten habe ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Komme gerne wieder.

The location is on residential area of Locarno but easy walk to lake or train station. Not much stores nearby. Room is small as most ibis hotels but this bathroom is roomy and bright. Glad with A/C in room and elevator for luggage!

Pleasant and clean

Very clean hotel. Kind and friendly people. Everything is amazing

You feel the social distance these days when you travel. That is not the mistake of the staff, indeed, I prefer the safety from proper implementation of measures over the atmosphere. Breakfast is a bit limited and needs some flexibility given the situation but you could feel that they do everything to make you feel comfortable.

Great budget hotel, clean, great staff, good breakfast in a very good location in Locarno.

Hotel aimed more at business travel but for our one night perfectly acceptable .Good location close to train station, lake and town centre. Air conditioning bonus as exceptionally hot and not always found in Swiss hotels. Hotel had every thing we needed and good breakfast. Overall good value for money.

Convenient location, a bit loud (traffic noise), generous breakfast buffet

The location is excellent, 2 blocks from lake, short walk from train station, 10 min. It is so easy to get to Bellinzona, Lugano. From Lugano, take boat to Gandria, all doable in a day trip. You can take bus from Locarno to Ascona in nearby bus station. The breakfast was good. I would suggest my friends to choose the hotel.
