Kind and helpful staff and nice location

Great location in charming Neuilly and close to the metro. Really helpful that it’s open 24/7. Clean room and facilities. Boutique style decor.

Hotel and staff were great. The area is peaceful and very nice, away from all the tourist sites but only a 15 minute uber ride. Tons of walkable restaurants and shops. Only negative, the rooms are traditional Europe and very small. Regardless highly recommend

Nice clean area, easily accessible by public transport. No wi-fi in room at all. Interior and electrical fittings need upgrades.

Lovely hotel, great location.

Property is nice and clean and well maintained. However rooms are tiny. Twin beds were not really twin! And rooms are a bit dark if you need to work. Also access to public transport a bit inconvenient.

The staff was friendly.

No Air conditioning on the room. The hotel has air conditioning in the lobby, hallways and elevator but not the rooms. Breakfast was just ok - nothing special. Staff was superb.

What a wonderful experience! The concierge was so very helpful and assisted us with taxis and directions. The area was very safe and clean. Close to a yummy bakery, grocery store, and many delicious restaurants.

Its a nice and very old hotel, with very good accessibility and comparatively spacious room but requires a lot of maintenance.

The hotel is clean, with great staff. A few bakery's very close to the hotel, with a grocery store and other types of stores near by. Very close to a metro station on line 1, giving easy access to all of Paris. The hotel is a little out of main tourist areas which was great for us as the area is quit and extremely safe. No pick pockets in the area and we felt very safe coming and going whenever we wanted. The staff at the hotel was friendly. The hotel is a little older which gives it character. The only thing I would change would be I would add a fridge to the room somehow. The room was small so that would be a challenge.

3 nights, for business. Pleasant staff, small but clean rooms. Enough power plugs, good working desk and good bed. Some noise from neighbouring rooms but nothing too disturbing. I will be back

Top staff, great location, central and calm.

The very best thing was the hotel manager, Nicholas. He did everything possible to make our stay the best it could be. All the staff was extremely pleasant and friendly.
