We were very impressed with the hotel!! Bello!! It is a very quaint hotel nestled in a beautiful winding road. The landscape is stunning. The service is first class. All the staff is very accommodating and incredible hospitality. The rooms are delightful. The food is superb. The pool was heated and very cozy. They have a nice shuttle every hour going to downtown Florence only 15 min. You get the Tuscany vibe and are very close to downtown. We will be back!!

This hotel is in the perfect location to stay in luxury and then explore Florence and the surrounding areas. The hotel is beautiful with amazing spa, pool, gardens and the views overlooking Florence in the distance are just beautiful. Florence can be very busy but we really enjoyed the easy shuttle service (20mins) that will drop you off and pick you up from the Centre of Florence making out stay so peaceful and serene to relax in the hotel. There are also local villages close by which are also worth exploring by car or taxi. The food and wine etc at the hotel is all top notch with the staff at the bar and restaurant are amazing! Thanks to the place and the hotel people I would thoroughly recommend this as the perfect hotel to stay and enjoy in Florence. We will be back !

The hotel has the best view ever and 15 min from city center where you can just relax without hustle and bustle of tourist. The staff is fantastic, they go above and beyond to make your stay memorable.

I enjoyed this beautiful villa ! Near the Florence city , it is quite , beautiful garden , trees and hotel is well updated ! Unfortunately the Wifi is not covered well . Some homepages can’t be opened , they are blocked .. it caused trouble for me to excess to the stocks and others website . They definitely need to solve this problem … Audrey

Challenging to find as Apple Maps will get you close but unnervingly, not on point. Staff however came to find us and directed us to the hotel. Once there, the location was idyllic. It was peaceful with the best views of Florence. Grounds are heavenly and the pool is a relaxing oasis. Food is delicious if a little bit pricey but not outrageous for a hotel of this caliber. The Duomo view room is a must. We’ll be back.
