Clean and nice. Then jr suite layout was weird. You walk into the bedroom and then lounge was on the side. Usually you walk into the living room not the bedroom. This was a make shift suite. The TV is mis aligned with bed, sits on the side.

Since it switched to Radisson quality and conditions as well as comfort has deteriorated a lot We waited for more than 2 hrs for check in We asked to be same floor after giving us the room keys again changed and said sorry but the room I gave you already taken We looked at the room coffee machine available but u need to buy the coffee capsule which is very cheap level

Room was spotless and staff were very helpful

The room had a very small window facing the lobby, so no natural light entered, and when we requested a room change we were told all the rooms were the same. Housekeeping was good, but the overall service was not up to standard. The hotel is not centrally located, so we had to travel every day, which was inconvenient. This was my second stay with Radisson (in Dubai and now Riyadh), and unfortunately I do not think I will stay with Radisson again.

Always a great stay at the Radisson Blu Convention Center in Riyadh. Top quality and service every time.

Hotels rates are a bit high compared to others but the service was excellent

I had a wonderful experience staying at the property. The staff is 5 star, the accommodations are 5 star, the food and beverage service is 5 star. I would recommend this hotel to all travelers coming to Riyadh Saudi Arabia

Front desk staff were absolutely useless. I asked for recommendations on a supposedly touristy area of Riyadh, but the concierge had no clue about it. I also booked a hotel car to take me back to the airport 24 hours in advance, but on the morning of my departure I understood that they had not arranged it despite telling me that the driver was on is way… the staff were not even apologetic about the situation. Some serious customer service training is needed here.

The hotel is nice and clean but the rooms are too small

trafique front desk was great help when we checked in about 3.00am. the only problem was it took us 2 Taxis to find the correct Radisson Bllu.This was the same problem when we returned from touring. The address on the business card is also incorrect according to the Taximan.

The property was ok and the staff was ok. Name of hotel is almost exactly the same as other radison blu convention center. Had to switch hotels to find the right one.

Value for money and new.

Really excellent hotel with friendly staff and great food. The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast had a very wide variety of choice and was delicious. There was an issue at checkout with payment but I think this was due to the brand change over.
