It's a lovely little hotel on a quiet street near a park, a short walk away from lots of great food and drink -- faves include the Copper Room, the Glen Tavern & Freddies, and in the other direction, Bobby Byrne's. Also, as this is No 1 Pery Square, do go see the museum at No 2 Pery Square, so you know some of the history of the area.

This extraordinary boutique hotel operates out of an extensive Georgian townhouse adjacent to a park. For 3 days we enjoyed a sumptuous room (the Park Room) and delicious breakfast choices. Charmingly decorated, the place is comforting and supported by a friendly helpful staff. Our fault, but we didn't try the spa. Highly recommended, we'd stay here again if we return to the area.

I had a great stay at the No 1 Pery Sq. The rooms are lovely, the room was warm. The bed is comfy and the shower is good. The staff are friendly, especially the night staff gentleman who was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good and again the staff very friendly. My personal preference is for tea and coffee in the room, which they didn’t have but that is my only problem. The area is quiet but very close to Limerick Colbert railway station, which suited me admirably. I would stay here again.

Checked in last night to a grumpy receptionist. Called down to order food to the room and was treated like a total inconvenience. Some type of vent beside my room which meant I did not sleep at all. Mentioned it at checkout but no apologies. Would not stay again!

Hotel is elegant and cozy. Iris at the front desk was the picture of hospitality.

Check-in was easy and Julia was helpful and gave us some recommendations. Room was tastefully decorated and I was pleased to have a bathtub after traveling almost 3 months. They had some lovely homemade bath salts as well! We enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the morning. Would highly recommend and would stay there again.

An absolutely adorable little boutique hotel ideally located and convenient for our road trip around Ireland. Lots of attention to detail and full of charm. Super friendly/helpful staff greet you and make certain your needs are met throughout your stay. Breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel!
