This was our second stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable, the location was assessable and convenient, and the staff friendly and helpful. I loved that there was filtered bottle filling station on every floor.

The location it’s really good the place it’s also clean, but the WiFi it’s an open network and it keeps disconnecting so if you’re traveling for work and need to use the WiFi be aware of that .

Very convenient location, excelent facilities, comfortable beds with lots of pillows. And to round it up: a surprise voucher to enjoy breakfast! Great place in the heart of Santa Fe. Super recommendable.!

Clean room, excellent communication and despite I made

Typically overlooked, Stadia Suites is a fantastic option in Mexico City's Santa Fe area. The executive suite is well worth the extra $.

Everything very modern and clean

I did have a problem with my room, the stain age of the shower was clogged, but it was died as soon as I contacted customer support. I do recommend this hotel when statin in the Santa Fe zone in Mexico

I could not confirm my reservartion, I called the hotel several times but no one answer levan me with the uncertanty of having a place to stay. My text was answer after 1 am, at that time i was a sleep at a hotel that welcomed my business.

Yes. Only suggestion is to have a hair dryer for the ladies and it would be nice if you threw a couple of water bottles per stay even if at a charge. We arrived very late at night and had to go to a convenience store for the water. Everything else was great. Thanks.

esta muy bien ubicado en la zona de Santa Fe, la habitación esta cómoda, cuenta con una mini nevera, lavabo, horno y microondas lo que lo hace perfecto por si necesitas pasar mas de una noche ahí. El estacionamiento cuesta 150 pesos por 24 hrs. En mi caso, no se si por el tipo de reserva que hice no me especificaron lo del estacionamiento. En general muy buen lugar.

I got extremely dizzy in my taxi trip from the airport to the hotel, so I had to lie down in a sofa at the lobby and felt terrible, the staff called 911, the hotel staff never left my side, they took care of me until I recovered about 3 hour later, both the hotel staff and the emergency 911 team were magnificent. The hotel staff checked my wellbeing during the nigh at my room and dmsent me a complimentary frui breakfast the following morning. This hotel is an excellent place to stay, clean, excellently maintained, corteous staff, excellent location near of restaurants, pharmacies, an impressive shopping mall and close to many important businesses centres. If you want to stay nearby downtown or the airport this hotel may not be the best shop, but for those who want to stay near the vibrant zones of Polanco, Interlomas and Lomas de Chapultepec this property is an excellent choice.

Me quedo en este hotel aproximadamente 2 veces al mes y el internet siempre es un problema, pero esta última estancia estuvo aun peor, iba y venía cada 5 minutos sin exagerar.

In general it was a great stay. Room was clean and tidy. They allow pets and provide for their basic needs such as bowls for them to use. Parking access was a bit difficult to find.
