The room was very tired and shabby. No mini fridge, just a space where one should be. Breakfast was poor. Little choice and everything was sweet.

Stayed 3x during my South American trip. That tells it all! Great place!

Staff Alejandro and Johni are great! This was our 2nd visit in one week. We will be back in a few days for Visit #3!

The pictures are severely outdated- don’t plan on using hot tub or sauna - they were not available unless you “scheduled them”. The room flooring was dirty on entrance, the place is trying to be a top quality hotel but most things look like they are falling apart or well used.

The hotel is close to everything. Friendly staff. Breakfast is not bad but start at 7:00 AM. The hotel needs some refurbishing. The gym/ fitness room or any exercise equipment is not working or all broken. The management should update that they don’t have a gym available onsite.

This Hotel is not luxurious but location is amazing. Staff is very friendly specially we don’t speak Spanish. Helpful. Willing to make any arrangements one needs economically. Safe to walk to all the places. Breakfast is good.

Nice clean and safe Hotel, Great location. Staff is very accommodating. We, three couples stayed four nights. We checked out for one night to go to Iguazú Falls in between left our luggage with them and on our late night return they had everything ready for us to checkin. Close to shopping and sightseeing. We just walked.
