Walking distance to K11. The room was clean and spacious enough to put luggage. The bed was comfortable and odorless. The bathroom was also quite spacious and well-equipped with toiletries and complimentary drinking water. Luggage storage was available. There were plenty of food options nearby, and it was a short walk to buy souvenirs.

Located near K11, convenient for MTR train travel. There are many restaurants around the hotel. Victoria Harbour is a 10-15 minute walk away.

The hotel is in a great location, very convenient for getting to the bus or MRT station. There are also many restaurants near the hotel, and K11 Mall is just a short walk away. However, a HK$500 deposit is required upon arrival, which will be refunded after check-out.

The staff are very friendly and provide excellent service. They explain things in a way that is easy to understand. However, there is a lot of dust in the room. Transportation is very convenient, not far from both MRT lines.

- The location of the hotel is very good, just a little bit near K11, easy to walk - Located in the Tsim Sha Tsui area, near MTR exit N1/N2 - If you take bus A21, get off at stop 14, walk straight and turn into the alley with Rolax shop (you will see MTR TST exit D1) - Our room has 2 single beds + 1 extra bed, comfortable to sleep, no need to squeeze together - The hotel bathroom is separated into wet and dry zones, with hair dryer, soap, shampoo, and toothbrush - The hotel has carpet, but the room has air purifier, no need to feel stuffy - The air conditioner is cool, the room wall is not thick, but there are only 4 rooms on the whole floor, so it is not loud, very quiet - The room has a small refrigerator, safe - Can open 3 bags (but there is no walkway, have to cross the bags) but not narrow for us - The room is quite new, the elevator requires a key card - There are many power outlets, no need to compete to charge the battery, there are extension plugs for USB heads - You can leave your bags before and after The staff was very helpful when we went. - There was a $500 deposit before we went. They said that we could use cash, but when we actually got there, they only accepted credit cards. - We could ask for cleaning. - There were 2 key cards and a card that was inserted in the room at all times. It's probably okay to leave the air conditioner on (but we never did). Cons for us: - The toilet didn't have a bidet. - The room was very yellow and not very bright. Ladies who put on makeup might get a little annoyed. - There was no free drinking water, but there was a mini bar in the room. The prices were clearly stated.

The room is quite spacey. They gave us a free upgrade to the bigger room also. The staff was friendly and speaks English very well. They also helped our family to choose transportation to go to the airport.

The staff was friendly, she even gave candies to my daughter. Check-in and check-out process is easy and the time is convenient.

A comfortable and convenient hotel for a family near K1 in Hong Kong, with a refundable deposit of around 500 USD upon check-out.

Room is a bit dull if there are some more lights would be perfect.

3Nights stay. Customer service & room was okay. Nothing special. The hot water doesn't work. Pretty bad! Its only on for less than a minute and turn cold again. Had to wait in the middle of shower for the water turn hot again. The location pretty much in the corner of the main street. Hotel in HK are pricey compare to what you get it return.

The hotel staff and services were outstanding. They are friendly and willing to help. Location was perfect, close to the MTR and near many attraction and food.

The hotel is near restaurants, near K 11 and MTR exit N2. The room is good, like in the photo. But the cleaning staff seems to lack discretion, so the rooms and bathrooms are not as clean as they should be. On the day of arrival, I found a hairpin, a bottle of essential oil, fell on the carpet in the room. The edge of the sink and the edge of the wall in the shower room have obvious stains. If improving the cleaning staff This hotel will be great.

The room is spacious, clean, the staff are friendly. Impressed. Have a fever check before taking the lift.

The staff were so nice and the location of this hotel is perfect. The room size is enough and design was superb. I like how efficient Hong Kong is so you can really go around the city by yourself knowing also that you'll be coming home to this hotel after getting lost or whatnot in your exploration of this city.
