Absolutely poor in terms of comfort and cleanliness given the price paid for my 3-night stay. Dirty as soon as you step in. Poor customer care. Breakfast is not up to the mark, poor quality mattress took away my sleep and bathroom facility is below standard. The picture they put on the web doesn't tell the real story. Won't recommend it at all.

WiFi signal is very week. However, water source in lobby was good. Breakfast was decent. The location is very far away from the center of Paris but the price is affordable. Train station nearby is only useful when there isn’t a strike going on.

We love this hotel. Stayed a couple of times now. And its the best. The location is so perfect, close to the station and the supermarket, restaurants and everything around. It’s so important when travelling with family. Getting around is so easy and all popular places were very close by. And they have the best breakfast. The quality hasn’t changed over years. The rooms feel a little small for family but its Paris... so can’t expect more than that. This hotel made our trip much better. The staff is so nice. Overall the best

Everything was terrible, we tried to change hotels, and get a refund and we were told by the hotel that we needed to speak to Expedia, I spoke to Expedia and we were told that you guys needed to speak to the manager to approve the refund, but the manager had left already. The room was really small, dirty, really far from the center of the city, in a bad neighborhood, it had bed bugs, the beds were really tiny. I wouldn’t recommend anybody to go to this hotel.

Located close to train and bus stations but quiet, and safe. Also close to a supermarket, and adjacent, nice neighborhood. The room was a bit small but bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was fine. Breakfast absolutely sufficient, and the staff helpful.

a bit expensive for the facilities offered. Breakfast with continental would've been even nicer.

Conveniently situated near Public transport and Commercial centre. Staff were excellent.

Staff are so friendly and helpful. Hotel is located beside the train station for easy access to the city. I will be staying at this hotel again next time I’m in Paris.

We arrived here on NYE weekend, and we booked this hotel in a short amount of time the pricing was great, we arrived and the clerk was nice as well. The hotel cafe wasn’t opened due to renovations, and our room smelled like cigarette smoke. Overall I give this hotel a 3.5/5 because of the pricing which was perfect, we were close by to train station, and the breakfast buffet in the morning was great.

Booked as only 5mins walk to the company I was working with. When I arrived, they had accidentally also give my room to another guest, a lady visitor, who was somewhat surprised to find someone trying to get in her room! They moved me into the room she was supposed to be in, so that was ok. Only issue with the room was it was on the 5th floor, fairly near the elevator, and therefore close to the elevator mechanism, which was very loud whenever it stopped the lift on a floor - which in the evenings and mornings was about every 5 minutes, but this died down around midnight, and all was quiet through the night till first thing. The hotel did say there was a breakfast included, but it wasn't obvious where this was, but I didn't ask or go looking for it. Interior deco of the halls and reception could do with a facelift, but at least the building of the expansion to the side of the hotel was not an issue. All in all, it did the job I needed, and I would not have an issue staying again if I needed to go to the same office - so long as I was further from the lift!

not bad for the price, just the breakfast wasn't that good

The location of the hotel is nice,very close to bus stand and Fontaney RER station. The rooms are very small and there was no cupboards in the room.The estaurants attached to the hotel is closed during weekend.The breakfast menu options were very limited,in fact the hotel is not fit to be an IBIS hotel.
