Hard to get any glasses for drinking hot tea. Not enough drinking water provided. No cream rinse. Not close to attractions.

I liked almost everything; the hotel is small but very cozy, and located not far from the city center, 5 minutes from the Independence Monument. Surprisingly, the cleaning was done every day, the breakfasts offered a wide variety of choices, and the staff were very friendly.

Location was good.

What we like: - The location of the hotel. Within walking distance from a good number of restaurant, shopping, and attractions. - The room was old, but well maintained and clean. - The bed and pillows were comfortable. - Good water pressure on the shower. What we did not like: - Service. There were three of us in the room, but there were only 2 towels in the room. We asked for a third, and was given one, but once we had our room cleaned, the 3 towels were taken and replaced by only 2 clean towels. When our room was cleaned, the attendant left a half-full toilet paper roll, so we ended up looking for an attendant the next morning to ask for a new toilet paper. The TV remote battery went dead. So I went down to the front desk and asked the attendant there to open the battery case on the remote and I will replace the battery myself. I was told that he will send someone to my room to change the battery. It was midnight, and my wife was already sleeping. I told the attendant that I will change it myself, just open the remote casing. The attendant said he can't do it. Overall, it was a good stay.

Mi hotel de preferencia. Varios años hospedándome en este establecimiento. Una excelente opción en cuanto a precio y ubicación. El suite con cocineta incluye cafetera, microondas, estufa, mininevera con un amplio congelador. Si solicita vajilla, se la traerán. Los Suites son amplias. Cama King es firme. No tiene colchón con capa superior acolchada, pero duermo bien. La ropa de cama es de algodón 100% de estilo clásico. Muchas almohadas y toallas grandes. Las almohadas no son de plumas ni de plumón, pero sorprendentemente están bien. El televisor es Roku, si le gusta ver televisión o traiga su dispositivo Roku de casa y conéctelo. ¡Yo lo hago! Los baños no tienen ventanas. Puede usar el gimnasio del hotel hermano PF a la vuelta de la esquina, y está bien. No muy grande. El restaurante sirve unos deliciosos chilaquiles verdes. Tambien puedes pedir comida a domicilio por app (¿por qué?). Es una propiedad con una ubicación céntrica. Al salir, gire a la izquierda 2x mirará al Ángel de la Independencia y el Paseo de la Reforma; continúe caminando y pasará por el Hotel PF. ¡El tiempo total para llegar al Ángel es de solo 5 minutos! O gire a la derecha al salir una cafetería. 5 minutos la panadería Esperanza la estación de metro Sevilla de la Línea Rosa, a dos cuadras del restaurante Oaxaquito Diana. Caminando 10 minutos hacia la izquierda o la derecha, encontrará el delicioso restaurante Testal o pizzeria Cancino Cibeles frente a la Fuente de Cibeles. Roma y Condesa unos min

Power outlet for t.v, microwave fridge went out they didn't fix it the last three days I was there. Food spoiled. Safe locked me out. Breakfast was almost $28 cdn. I paid for executive suite in advance for regular room wasn't given back the difference. Washroom was dirty. Staff friendly but not willing to do anything

The room was a basic but fit our needs. It was clean and the staff was really friendly. They provided a fresh bottle of water which was great since we checked in late and were too tired to buy water at a convenience store. The hotel is located near most tourist spots and the neighborhood is generally safe. Just be aware that you can hear the honking of traffic during rush hour so bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

This was the second time we stayed at this hotel ,but this time the linen was not up to par , besides having stains and holes ,the sofa arm chair was tilted because one of the support bottoms was totally loose ,I informed the receptionist and said he would send somebody,in the 3 days of our stay they didn't fix it ,the only good thing was that I asked for a room as close as to total silent as possible and I did get that ,but the maids started the cleaning at 8:30 am 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄I think that's too early ,maybe 10 am I get it Besides those issues the place is very centric to Roma and reforma if that's what you are looking for ,they have 2 convenient stores a block away and a bunch of restaurants around the block ,the metro is 2 blocks away on Insurgentes and a bus station exiting the hotel ,also it's very walkable and safe ,this hotel is in the zona Rosa zone which is the Gay friendly area ,a bunch of clubs are a walk away .

Our stay was very nice. No complaints on the room or the building/ area. Would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the front desk staff. One gentleman in particular was very off-putting. We were already checked in and my sister arrived from the airport with her 2 small girls asleep. 1 in the stroller and another over her shoulder. Her check in was at 12 and it was 8 am. She had previously been told earlier check-in wasn't a problem but when she arrived this man told her she'd have to wait. I told her to wait in our room, which has a living sitting area. He said she wasn't allowed up until check in and that she'd have to wait in the lobby or elsewhere until checkin. I asked if at least the sleeping childing could come up and he was hesitant before finally allowing me to take them upstairs. I took them up and came down to keep my sister company when the guy said there was actually a room available. I'm certain he was looking to get some under the table cash and was willing to let my nieces suffer until he got his way.
