Spacious and clean room. Great service from Valet employees.

Clean room, staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast is included but very poor, only fruit, cereal, toast bread and coffee. I think they can do better on this. other than that the place is on the center of the city for you to walk all over to the plazas.

Attentive and friendly staff making you feel welcomed to the hotel. Walking distance to plaza de las armas and many other local eateries and shops. Room was good size and comfortable. Pleasant environment, relaxed atmosphere. Definitely looking forward to returning! Thank you Dos Patios for your hospitality!

The property is with in walking distance of shops,restaurants, and bars. They did not have a good breakfast or cold water.

Nowhere in The description was it told that this hotel is next to a nightclub/bar. The whole entire night only a wall separate our room to the noise. The sheets were dirty and the room furniture was really old. I changed hotels the second night to Casa Santiago Hotel. Still in the same location but way better!

Property and room were very nice. But the hotel is adjacent to a venue that hosts dancing and parties on the weekend and the noise was very loud and ran until 3:00 am. Not good.

Overall we were really impressed with this hotel. Super central location, great value for the quality of room and tasteful decor. We stayed over a long weekend and our room was peacefully located and we hear no noise from the live concerts taking place a few blocks away.The only complaint we had was the TV remote didn't really work and the a/c was a bit noisy. They did try to fix it however it needed a new part which couldn't be ordered due to the long weekend. Otherwise we would return here again.

The hotel staff were very helpful. The room was nice with ac and fans but the laminate floor was starting to come up. All said, it was a good hotel in a great area.
