Excellent !!

Everytging was great except there was no where local to get food. No restaurant, supermarket or fast food. They do have a tiny shop on site but only a handful of items not enough to make a meal.

The communication with the accommodation was bad, largely because it was in French only and I don't speak French. On the day of Arrival we had a difficult Day because our GPS failed and we couldn't locate the somewhat remote location. With the help of a dog walker and the local tourist information in Evian we eventually reached the Complex late. During this time we range the accommodation several times, but no one ever answered. Anyway, we checked in with a very kind and warm receptionist. The accommodation was adequate and good value for money; the location and day time views of Lac Leman were magical. Only the bed was a little uncomfortable due to the age of the mattress. The security deposit of 416 Australian Dllars seemed a little high for just 2 nights, and it took a week to be refunded.

It was good and got value for money. Surrounded by trees. Lovely little pool. Breakfast is available but need to be booked a day before.

Wonderful walking opportunities' from the site or by quick car ride. Ideal for walkers and for winter ski resort A restaurant would have been nice at night or a bar as there is nothing local and if you have not been to the supermarket before arriving you could be left desperate

Loved the view from this property overlooking the lake. Would have like air conditioning. A warning to anyone washing their clothes in the on-site laundry. It automatically dispenses soap and even after washing out clothes a few times after it stank of the soap smell very strongly. It gave my wife a headache and eyes watered. We could not believe we could not get that strong soap smell out. My wife almost threw away her clothes that she has washed there. Again don’t use their onsite laundry.

Great location, but if you ride a motorbike, be VERY careful coming up to the property as the roads contain hairpins and inclines that are insane, to say the least, if you have a heavy bike. Otherwise, staff were helpful but the apartment was a bit basic, but functional for our limited 2 night stay. Has a pool, with views over the lake/forest

Good value accommodation in beautiful setting on Mountain overlooking Lake Geneva (Lac Leman). Too cold to use pool, would have been good if the overhead cover had been used. We would have swum then. Good location to visit Evian, Lake Annecy and beautiful mountain viewpoints . The bathroom needed the plaster on the walls replacing. Generally needs an uodate but the heating worked very well.

Was a great appartment, well worth the money. It is a little bit of a drive off the beaten path, but worth it in the end.

Pros: the property is based on apartments which has its Own kitchen and private bathroom. it was clean and quite. The location of the property was beautiful and very scenic. Cons: Due to its remote location, mobile signals drops dramatically, though there is Wifi available but it is not very strong at all. If you are checking in after 19:00 when the staff has left the reception, you better make sure to get the right instructions to get to your apartment without any hassle otherwise you may be wondering like me for an hour where to find the keys.

The position of the property is wonderful over looking lake Geneva, as is the peace and quiet although our personal view was blocked by a hedge as we were given a ground floor apartment. We struggled to understand how our accommodation was classed as superior as it couldn’t have been more ‘basic’. The apartment was much smaller than it appears in the photos and sadly the smell in the toilet lead us to buy a large bottle of cleaning fluid ! The bedding and towels were clean but the mattress covers needed replacing. The fridge had the door shelves missing so useless for storage and no kettle meant all water boiling needed a saucepan. The apartment is in need of up dating.

Lovely views across the lake. Pool and table tennis were really good and accessible. Studio apartment really needs updating and brought up in standard.

The property was very good and the view was stunning but only one thing we didn’t like it was there are no washing equipment in the kitchen we didn’t know as we were new to the place it was hard to find a shop

Much smaller than we expected; but price very low. No oven; no toaster. Reception said we could have requested toaster, but they close at 6PM

There's a lot of good about Lugrin Park & Suites. It's a beautiful location with tennis courts and an outdoor swimming pool. Loads of parking and modern buildings. So what's wrong? The kitchenette is small and dishwashers are absent in some rooms. Your cooking options are a microwave or an electric hob. Reception is unmanned between 11:30am and 4:00pm, and wireless Internet is a hit and miss affair. I've been here a few times but the managers are not doing anything about the short comings so I can't recommend it.

clean and great space, front desk was kind enough to leave keys for late check in (regular check in available only until 7pm). One downside is you have to clean your apt and discard trash yourself.

It was a nice apprtment, nice location,but u need to bring more pillows.
