Staff are very friendly and helpful whenever assistance is needed. Room is ordinary but it's generally clean and tidy. Breakfast is very nice with lots of food variety and much local produces are included. One down side of hotel is that it doesn't have under cover and secure parking with only limited numbers of street spaces available.

Nice hotel at a fair price. Bus and street car access was very convenient and the max cost to travel around Morioka using Bus or street car is only 230 JPY (around $2.00). The hotel is very clean, the service is great and all your bath needs are provided free of charge.

駐車場は、すぐだったし、係人さんがただきてくれてここです。と言われてとても親切でした。ベットが、ダブルベットだったので、とても良かったです。

フロントのスタッフの対応も良く、部屋は勿論、他のホテルでは掃除が行き届いていないことが多いランドリーも清潔で、２日間快適に過ごせました。

室内の設備と清潔さ、アメニティの質、朝食の豊富さと味、どれをとってもピカイチです。個人的には、他のホテルとは格が違うと言ってもよいと思ってます。 難点を挙げるとすると、朝食の味が、ダイワロイネットホテル和歌山よりは劣る感じです。そばとじゃじゃ麺の質をもう少しあげてもらうとベストです。

チェックインの際、男性スタッフの説明が分かりにくかったので機械の前で再度聞き直したが、機械でチェックインをお願いしますの一点張り。それを見た女性スタッフが近くまで来て丁寧に教えてくれました。 ロボットみたいな男性スタッフの対応にはがっかりでした。

朝食ビュッフェは品数が少なかった

わんこそばやら岩手名物も食べることができ、一度のお盆で満足の朝食でちょうど良い アプリ持ってたおかげで記入することなくチェックインできた スツールがあってバッグを床に置かなくてすごくいい

ダイワロイネットなら間違いありませんね。

朝食の三大麺を楽しみにこちらのホテルを選びましたが、三大麺が置いていなかったのが残念だった。

朝食の種類が豊富でした。 スタッフの方々は、丁寧に案内してくださいました。

地震の後の対応に問題ありませんでした。
