The entire hotel reeks of marijuana smoke. Our room was on the 6th floor a non smoking room. The smell was terrible, we asked to be moved and the woman at the desk laughed at me. The staff was not friendly to us.

Hot tub great. Heated pool ice cold! No one could swim. Room was clean. Staff brought rude and unfriendly. Bed little hard but doable.

Hotel looks like a castle, so kinda neat... should have more decorative lighting on the outside at night in my opinion...Its not fancy or modern, but seems well kept and decently clean. The bed was comfortable. The hot tub was hot but had so much chlorine in it, we had to get out of it after about 30 minutes cause our eyes were burning. Not exaggerating. Fuddruckers had good but pricey burgers. Young man with a beautiful smile working there at the register was very friendly. Wish they had more breakfast options besides dunkin donuts cause theres no restaurants around off the property. The staff we interacted with were nice. The casino was depressing. Tunica is general is depressing. Not a lively vibrant place like it supposedly use to be....our first time visiting.... sad because it seems like it has the potential to be a really nice place. Fitz gives first time guests $25 each free play for the casino and each a coupon for a free buffet which was nice,but the buffet was not open on the days we were there (Sunday-Tuesday) so that was disappointing. They are valid for 30 days but we live 2 hours away. Unless we were offered a free room, we would stay at the Gold Strike if we did come to Tunica again. Much more lively of a place.

It was okay. The room is definitely not up to standard, but sufficient. All personnel were friendly and accommodating.

Handicap room was at the other end of the hotel a long way from the casino. The room had no walk in shower lt was a tub with a 3 foot step up that was impossible for my wife to get into

Reserved a deluxe King room and was given a double twin room. Was told my reservation was only a preference not an actual reservation. No coffee or safe in my provided room. Doubtful i will return here or to another Wyndham property if this is the way they run their business . Simply unacceptable.

Bed was comfortable,miss not having a coffee maker having to walk a distance and no microwave other than that it was great

Clerk was not pleasant at all and room although big was dated. Environment was very geriatric..not that its a problem but if you want a younger vibe this is NOT the place.

No coffee in rooms? You seriously had to walk through casino and upstairs to buy it. Staff seem to care more about talking and laughing with each other than helping their guests.
