excellent suite, breakfasts and staff

This is a lovely hotel with spacious suites just a very short walk from the beach. The Brisas de Mar restaurant nearby was superb. You can also catch the ferry to other beaches and to the beautiful island of Formentera just a block away from the hotel. The hotel is immaculate, quiet and family friendly. Would stay there again.

The hotel was excellent in every way. The staff were always happy to help out in anyway and made our stay that much more special.

A lovely place to stay and staff are excellent

We’ve just returned from a wonderful 5 day stay at S’Argamassa Palace and we can’t wait to go back! The hotel itself is beautiful. Our suite was big and our 2 children slept well on the fold out sofa bed. The (ground floor) balcony overlooked the pool, which we had all to ourselves on several occasions. The pool and sun beds were great (there is also a 5 hole mini golf but we never got round to doing it) The bar and restaurant staff were so friendly and helpful and the overall feeling was calm and relaxing. The surrounding area has a lovely beach (Cala Pada) about a 3 min walk away and there is a well stocked snacks/gifts/beach stuff shop a few minutes walk from the hotel which we bought drinks and snacks from as the room has a mini kitchen in it. We ate breakfast at the hotel (lovely- eggs/bacon/crepes to order plus buffet of juices, pastries, cereal etc and great coffee) We were surprised how often we had dinner there (we had planned on just going to local restaurants) but the ‘snack menu’ at the hotel was excellent - the children had great options and so did we, and it was very reasonable price. We did a boat trip to nearby town Saint Eulalia which I recommend- it’s got more shops and restaurants, a lovely beach and promenade to walk along. We also did the wed hippy market (5 min cab ride from hotel- 8 euros) which was great fun,everyone came back with bracelets/straw bags etc. The cab to the airport was 20 mins/ cost 40 euros. Overall we couldn’t fault it. Excellent trip!

Helpful staff, lovely quiet hotel - ideal for a family stay

I liked the fact it was a smaller intimate environment and that the room was a suite and not just a bedroom. The pool was clean, the staff extremely friendly & helpful. The only negative was the breakfast. Although plentiful, i would have preferred more choice, especially salad, fish and anything other than eggs & cheese.

It was quiet and close to beach, rooms are big, pool is very smLl, shaky ladders, no stairs, all around property NO WiFi, horrible, get kicked off all the time, does not work !!! Staff does not care

My room was very spacious, but there was a disturbing smell of smoke in the bedroom from previous visitors. Without the smell it would have been a perfect room. The facilities like the swimming pool was rather small and needed to be larger like Iberstar. The gym was like a bolier room and was of poor condition. Is their scope to make the hotel larger and create a larger swimming pool with larger state of the art new gym. Thank you again to the lovely staff.

We had a fantastic time here, was close to the beach with lovely restaurants. Room was lovely and staff were fantastic! I even left my hair straighteners there and they have sent them back to me! Thanks again to the staff.

Great hotel, such friendly helpful staff.

I am not sure whether I can put into words how wonderful our stay was! I loved everything about it. The place is absolutely immaculate, inside and out. Every single member of staff was an absolute credit to the hotel. I never once walked past reception or the bar without them saying hello to me. Our junior suite was enormous. A super king size bed, double sink bathroom, kitchen area and sitting room. The pool area had the most comfortable beds and it was very relaxed. Nothing was too much trouble. Reception helped us with our transfer to the airport and we were able to have the use of the hotel minibus with the wonderful Alejandro driving us.

Quieter hotel, suitable for those looking for a break away from the rigours of life. Staff cant accommodate enough. Room spotless as are all communal areas Close enough to all amenities but far enough to retreat to Beach on the doorstep Great experience Would definitely recommend and would definitely return
