Wonderful property, spacious, modern, clean and family friendly apartments. Beautiful views of the ocean (ocean view apartments) Superb location - restaurants, cafes and shopping centre at your doorstep. Pacific Fair only a short walk away. Beaches close by. We had a memorable time. Would definitely come back to The Wave Resort.

Room 1002 decor is ordinary, dated, sparse and lacks character, decorating and warmth. No daily room cleaning of beds and bathroom Hallways felt old, need fresh paint and decorating Shower overfloods the bathroom and is dangerous No replacement of shampoo and conditioners Staff are officious and unhelpful I travel around the country to play in bridge championships and stay at numerous hotels and this was sub par.

Great location on the main strip. Staff were very accommodating with questions. My only negative was there was obviously some maintenance done in the bathroom that hadn’t been finished and possibly needed an upgrade with their small goods (note this was just our apartment). Overall a lovely place and would return

Staff were friendly, the area and the location was really good, however the unit we stayed at had the furniture outdated, specially bedding, mattress was very uncomfortable! Also had lots of unwelcomed crawling guests which was a turn off! Pest control before high season would've been good!

Close to everything in the heart of Broadbeach. We have stayed several times previously and always happy. Great location, good views, clean & good size apartments.

From the foyer onwards the building was clean and well maintained. I loved the extra security on the carpark. Dining was straight outside the door. Our apartment was perfect.

the location is right in the heart of Broadbeach with restaurants and shopping all within the same block. Given the location, there wasn't any noise. Rooms neat, clean and all equipped and well appointed. Highly recommended

The apartment and the facilities were really nice. We really enjoyed our day. The area was very local to everything and easy to get around.

Overall it was a good cozy apartment. The only thing was beds were a bit high .. especially for people with mobility issues. Also we noticed room 1703 has a problem with small cockroaches at night time in the kitchen and main bathroom.

Great location, nice big apartment. Can be noisy. Buskers downstairs on Friday night had blaring music until 1am and Monday morning construction started at 2.30am.

Well maintained property. Only thing is at night very busy around entranceway from people out on the town. When I opened the entrance doors to go to the lifts some young people with alcohol came in to sit in the lobby area,nothing much I could do? Other than that it’s a nice hotel in a great location.

Overall we had a great stay at The Wave Resort. We were in a 3 bedroom apartment with two young children under 4 years old. Was super spacious inside, massive balcony area including two seating areas for meals and three lounge chairs, well equipped kitchen, one ensuite and another bathroom with shower and bath tub and some nice beach views. Things to note: Construction happening next door which you are advised at booking. Not too bad of noise if on higher floors but does limit your usage of the balcony unless your happy to have a view with a noise. They start working from 6am. Both pool areas need some upgrading and maintenance. Pools are nice however there are loose or missing tiles that need some maintenance. Asked for a late check out of an additional hour was told only 30 mins could be given which we were greatful however this wasnt communciated to the cleaners who were knocking at our door not long after 10am. Some of the furniture inside the apartment is ageing and could do with an upgrade. You can hear noise from outside at night e.g. people, music and cars however this didnt bither any of us as we were able to sleep through it.

Toilet very hard to flush - TV reception cuts out a lot

An absolutely wonderful place to stay. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again. 😊
