The room and reception staff were good, but the breakfast was below our expectations.

Nice quiet room, great to stay close by for Sovereign hill for access. Parking close to room.

Excellent, room was clean, service was friendly. Really appreciated the phone call to say we left behind a child's 'teddy 🐻 and jacket, glad to get this back. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.

Wonderful stay. Helpful, happy staff. Only feedback I would say would be to have a larger mirror in the room.

Really enjoyed out stay! So close to Sovereign Hill and great value for money. The grounds were immaculate and the staff accommodating.

I do not know if the TV remote is faulty but I could only receive Channel 7. The fan in the ensuite is not working. No wonder you want the door left open due to Fire alarm issues. The wall heaters are marginally effective if you want the curtains closed. They are not efficient behind heavy curtains. This window faced a path so did not wish to leave the curtains open. Otherwise the room was comfortable. Thank you.

This place was beautiful.

Room was adequate, bed was excellent however the rooms aren't very sound proof and you can hear your neighbours talking. The lack of a cooked breakfast was also a minus. The property was lovely and quiet with no road noise.

Loved the location made it very easy just going through the gate to see the light show and to access sovereign Hill. Nice walk down to dinner and breakfast. Staff were all very friendly and efficient. Accom nice and also very clean

Good location convenient hotel at the back of Sovereign hill. The bed was super comfy and the room is quite comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Ballarat has many other terrific sights good restaurants and very friendly people.

I wish they had toasters in the room or at least offered a continental breakfast
