Perfect location with walking distance of all the attractions and the staff is so helpful. I will go back if in Florence.

Perfect location great service

Beautiful hotel excepcional!!!!!

Such a great hotel! The staff was beyond accommodating. I checked in early (9am) and left my bags at the front desk, and they invited me to enjoy the breakfast buffet to start my day! Additionally, they made a to-go breakfast for me when I had an early morning flight! The front desk made dinner reservations for me a few weeks ahead of my stay, a very nice option. I stayed in one of the solo rooms and it was very comfortable, with a full bed and great shower. Highly recommend.

This hotel was beyond my wildest expectations. They were kind, attentive, knowledgeable. The breakfast was amazing. There was always coffee. The location was perfect. This would be my number one place to stay in Florence. Hands down.

Great staff, well located hotel. A little bit of a lackluster breakfast but all the staff is very enthusiastic. At the price point the hotel is at a good value.

Lovely hotel

This was a second time staying at this hotel, ironically we ended up in the same exact room that we did 6 years ago. The staff is amazing and the location cannot be beat. I was able to having a relaxing massage at the SPA after a long day of walking. Breakfast is amazing and a drink at the bar in the evening is a delight.

This hotel is top notch. Beautiful amenities, high quality service, and very convenient for walking and exploring the city. The only thing we wish we were able to experience was the Spa! We will have to stay longer next time.

First time staying here and it was the perfect location - central to so many things. Enjoyed that it was located in a square with no traffic, as cars had to be buzzed in. The staff here were friendly and accomodating. The breakfast buffet was lovely - probably the nicest one I've experienced! Would definitely come back here as it was such a wonderful stay.

Perfect location, everywhere in Florence is walkable from the hotel. Staff is A . Responded quickly to and anticipated many needs and questions. Highly recommend.

Excellent location in a pristine neighborhood. Beautifully lit at night. Service was impeccable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was well appointed and immaculate. Highly recommend this hotel for any staying in Florence.
