Ask for straight reviews. Everything is very good. We liked the shuttle service and the breakfast that was delicious.The room was good but the dislike was nothing around.I recommend eating before going in or buying lots of food if staying for many nights.

Breakfast is more delicious than some big hotels. There is a very good shuttle service. Lovely room, fully functional. Open the room, no smell of cigarettes, so nice. Impressed. Plus, there is a spray of aromatic scents to spray. Last night, staying on the 6th floor, room 616. I saw that most of the guests were foreigners. Emphasized that the room does not stink the cigarette smell at all And various foods too

The hotel smells of cigarette smoke, although we asked for “Non-Smoking” rooms. Toilet was very cramped and room ceiling had cob webs.

friendly staff and allows few of my relatives to refresh themselves on arrival from Malaysia in my room the next morning.regular shuttle bus from narita airport to hotel was very helpful. thank you.
