Awesome room

Over-priced (including ridiculous off-season resort fees and valet rates); inattentive valet, front desk and restaurant teams; in-room coffee machine broken (forcing you to the low quality, overpriced restaurant).

Beautiful hotel. Be prepared to be iced out by the staff if you do not tip straight away. For a hotel that costs this much, it was pretty wild to be treated like second class citizens for not handing cash over.

Nice room, appreciated shuttle service & friendly staff

We had a lovely stay at the Viceroy from the moment we checked in through checkout. The staff was especially wonderful. The lounge served a wonderful dinner and dessert was decadent. We biked for three days through the mountains, down to Aspen. Especially enjoyed Woody Creek Tavern for lunch.

Very nice accommodations, staff is very attentive, Toro restaurant is great, and the fitness facility is really nice and updated.

The Vice Roy is my home away from home! I have enjoyed my stay every time and come at least once a year. They are very pet friendly and the staff is amazing and helpful.

The property and the service from everyone were great. We ended up going to Aspen as there are more bars/restaurants to go to. The gondolas at both Snowmass and Aspen are fun, especially in Aspen.

Staff was amazing !!!!

I received no confirmation for this booking. I did not know that it had been confirmed, was charged the full amount, despite trying to talk to Hotels.com customer service. I lost 900 dollars. The sole communication was a day of email from Hotels.com asking how my check in went - other than that, I have zero evidence that this was ever confirmed outside the 900 dollar charge on my credit card. Super disappointed in both the property, who refused any type of refund whatsoever despite this being a sold out weekend in the area that they easily could have recouped this booking loss from, and hotels.com, for the lack of supportive resolution.

A premium hotel that did not have towels in the room to get started and we didn’t realized till late at night. Dropped our bags off and went to explore. Next up and this is the absolute worst part to be kept up from 230 to 445 AM to banging and drilling. This is unacceptable. Waiting to here about why and a compensation resolution.

Fantastic place to say! Perfect for families too

Most of the staff were not attentive/friendly.

This property charged $50 per night of stay for Valet parking; when we arrived, they said Valet was the only possible way to park and neither Expedia nor the resort informed me about the parking charges, so when I checked out, this came as a surprise. Would have preferred to be informed.

The quality of the building and the design overall is top. Service is good but slow. Convenient rooms as well.
