Place was clean with nice staff. Breakfast was extremely good for a hotel free breakfast.

It was a fantastic nights sleep!

Walking in was fine but as soon as you left the lobby the entire building stunk of marijuana. The elevators and hallways were unbearable the 3 days we stayed with that smell. Room had stains on countertops and the hallway smell carried in. Staff was very friendly but not helpful when it came to the building odors since they stayed in the lobby unaffected.

It was just a nice, comfortable, quiet, well maintained hotel. Very pleasing.

The customer service was great, and our room was very comfortable. The surrounding area was very nice, and not far from all of the attractions in downtown Indianapolis.

I had a difficult time regulating the temperature of the water in the shower. It was too hot ir cool water.

This is a "franchisee-owned" property, not directly owned/operated by Hilton. Tberefore, its up to the franchisee to meet Hilton standards, which they almost never do. This one at the intersection of I-465 at W. 71st St., is conveniently located for motorist out of towners. Be warned that the breakfast may NOT be included, but it's probably a good thing since everything except some of the fruit is all processed and not very healthy; I recommend going elsewhere for a decent breakfast.

I love the location right off the interstate and easy access. The first night the lobby was cold.

Kaliah was the best! Was here for cheer trip and this is the 3rd time in Indy and let me tell you, 10 stars! We will totally come back to this exact hotel! I wont go no where else! Everything was perfect! Thank you!

I reserved a accessible king room with roll in shower. I paid $9 to protect my reservation...we got a regular king room. It is not a roll in shower. It is at the end of the hall on the second floor which was hard for my husband. Otherwise this is an excellent hotel.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful all of the employees are. They all were super friendly and helpful. A to the staff. Rooms were nice. Lobby was decorated so cute for all the Swifties.

There was a birthday party in the conference room and it was super loud. I had to call multiple times and go down to the lobby and ask them to tell them again, AFTER 11pm, to quiet the music. It felt like we were in the club in our room. We had to wake up early for a basketball tournament and were kept up way later than we wanted to be. Receptionist was not very friendly about it and made me feel like I was the problem, not the party.

Have stayed here numerous times for work. Room is always ready ahead of schedule, though this time, it wasn’t the cleanest. One of a handful of times so I’m not complaining. No one is perfect.
