Very clean rooms. The breakfast was very good ad well. It has a pool, and the property is close to many things. For example, the beach, Hardrock casino and the Sawgrass express.

The staff was really nice and welcoming. There was a lot of hair in the room.

Renovations were very noisy and made it impossible to relax during the day. Would have been nice to know about them. Would have stayed elsewhere

The hotel is very nice. The main problem I have is that the two computers in the so-called Business Center are about 25 years old and have been locked on the same screen for over a month. You cannot print or use the computers at all. Also, the gym equipment can use an update. It's functional, but very old.

Staff was helpful and friendly. We didn’t realize they were remodeling. The room had a mustiness smell to it. Other than that the room was ok.

This is my 2nd visit and the service remained top tier. Highly recommended

Property was good. Please fix the bureau in Room 503 where we stayed. For the amount of money we spent we should have been able to put our clothes away. Drawers were broken. Unacceptable.

The customer service was amazing staff helpful and friendly all smiles property clean... only thing the 5th floor has a musty smell in hallways and a little humid other than that 5 stars

Front desk was friendly and suggested some great food that would deliver late. Breakfast not bad either. Bathroom a update would be cool. Not a fan of tub showers. Quick, comfortable stay for sure.

i didn't like the fact . have been allowed an handicap room.

So far staying was ok.But in the midnight Somebody's car making panic alarm 3 times and we lost sleep.

The place was very clean and the staff were extremely professional. Not to mention, the breakfast was in a very clean setting. Bagels, eggs,coffeee, juices, and fruits. Lovely place
