I dislike it

A nice hotel that is undergoing some updating and improving with the addition of Air conditioning units in the rooms. We had a unit in the room but unfortunately it wasn't working. The hotel is situated near quite a busy road so if the window is opened it gets to be quite noisy. The staff were really helpful and welcoming. We were unable to get dinner in the resteraunt but there are some eateries around the area and a hypermarket within walking distance. Breakfast was continental as one might expect but was good value.

This was a place that was away from the main area of Orleans and a car absolutely necessary. Free car parking available which is always a bonus in Europe. The room was a triple room but extremely cramped and not ideal when you are travelling with a lot of luggage. Not a lot of interaction with staff other than check in and check out but seemed personable enough. Thought the price was a little bit expensive for what we got.

The hotel was well positioned for our trip … The outside of the property is tired and in need of an upgrade. But as they say “don’t judge a book by the cover”! The room was good/clean,bed comfy and all laundry fresh . The breakfast was continental but unbelievably good value . We traveled in a high value vehicle and the carpark was gated and secure. Overall a good experience.

A reasonable hotel for a good price. Fine for one night stay while driving to Southern France. The pillow was very small and lumpy, and I was woken a number of times in the night; first at 1am by the person in the room above banging around, and again at 3am by someone in the corridor outside my room talking on the telephone. Staff are very friendly and it's close to some reasonable restaurants. I would stay here again for one night when travelling in France.

Easy to find ,secure parking, clean but cramped rooms ,ensuite had good shower,all normal facilities.

I was really impressed by the bedroom and bathroom. Small, but perfectly formed and with all the amenities you could want. My only concern was the staff. A younger employee was friendly and helpful. The older employee was not and had made some guests feel uncomfortable. I wish you a stay when it is not their shift.

The outside of this hotel is a little shabby. The rooms are fine if a little on the small size, with comfortable beds, and a good shower.Close to a major road but we heard no traffic noise. Secure free parking. We did not have dinner there but it looked good. Breakfast was plentiful and reasonably priced. Staff were pleasant and efficient. I would recommend for an overnight stay.

Friendly check in. Secure parking. Quiet at night but walking distance of shops and restaurants.

I was woken at 6:30 by a very noisy lorry and the sound continued for the rest of my stay. Somebody was smoking below my window so i had the smell of smoke in my room. I had paid for my room already but when I went to pay for my evening meal and breakfast I was asked to pay again! I was not amused. However, the room was lovely and very clean and up to 6:30 I slept very well. My car was safely locked in the car park and the lady serving the buffet dinner had excellent English. I also had good wifi.

Pet-friendly, important for me. Arrived too late for dinner, but restaurant nearby.

The hotel was clean and the location convenient.

Great hotel if passing through Orléans. Very friendly reception staff. Secure parking in a lot at the back of the hotel, accessed by key code. The room was spotless and even had an extra area with a bunk bed so 4 people could have stayed. We didn’t have an evening meal in the restaurant, though it looked good and was busy. We walked 3 minutes to La Boucherie for steak frites...which were superb. Breakfast was fabulous...lots of choice and all fresh. Really can’t fault this place for value and service.

The hotel has secure parking over night. Dinner is a buffet and so is the breakfast. My room was next to a room with the washing machine in and it went on until 2300. Staff can speak English is are very polite .

Having travelled all day from southern France, we were delighted with this hotel. Have to say, it was not the easiest to find, as satnav directions weren't quite accurate. but we got there. There was a nice little restaurant, serving lovely buffet style food, so you could choose what you wanted. And it wasn't too expensive. Perfect, as the last thing we wanted was to go out again. Though there seemed to be one or two alternative restaurants nearby for choice. The room was just right, clean and warm, with nice bathroom, and very comfy bed and pillows. Not enormous, but perfect for overnight. We didnt take breakfast as we wanted to get straight back on our journey, but it did look nice. Staff were very welcoming and helpful, nothing was any trouble. The car park was locked at night,so we felt our car and its contents were safe. The only downside was the wifi didn't work that well in the room, but was fine in the lounge/dining room. A great place to stay!

Small room, big comfortable bed - English speaking receptionist

We stayed here overnight on the way south. The hotel is in a retail park with few restaurants in the area but good tram connections just a step away so Orleans centre was easy. Parking was really secure. The hotel is small and basic but really clean and friendly. Did the job for us and I would stay again.
