The location is very close to the station and shopping mall, and it has Lawson which is open 24 hours.

The location is great. Very close to train station, Aeon, and Atre. Service is amazing. I got 1,000 yen discount coupon too to use to redeem for in-house meal. They have this Tirtoir room for us to pick our own hotel amenities, free refill. There’s a free shuttle bus from hotel to Disneyland and Disney Sea and back to the hotel as well. Hotel stuff is friendly and informative.

The hotel is old, but close to Eion Mall and Atre and the station. There is lawson too.

A very good hotel if you are planning a trip to Disneyland or DisneySea. Free shuttle bus from & to Disney resort. Will stay again on my next trip to Tokyo DisneySea & Disneyland.

The hotel is quite good, quite clean, close to Aeon Mall and Shin Urayasu train station, It is easy to find food and transportation using the train to the next destination. There is also a shuttle bus to Disney. Recommended.
