Fomos em família, gostamos de tudo, igual no anuncio, local movimentado porem era bem silencioso. Conseguimos descansar bem. Café da manha caprichado. Funcionários todos gentil e prestativo.

I think that this hotel was good in the past, but now is to old.

Breakfast included was ok, but room quality is poor. I would give a maximum 2 star for this hotel. It is in a good location, nice neighbourhood.

Hotel is good for budget travellers. Breakfast is reasonable but nothing elaborate. Located in a very safe area. Few restaurants close by. Wifi is very good quiet unlike other hotels around wherein I have stayed in past.

Pros: location, price Cons: dirty rooms, unfriendly staff, parking lot space We're put in a room where the shower as leaking and the bathroom floor was all wet. Then, we were transferred to another room that later one we learned that had the same leaking problem. And the TV remote control didn't work.

The cold water was hot. In the web site it was mentioned parking is available. It seems they mean is available with 25 R per day.

Good service, nice breakfast, friendly people, but the shower is quite all, the mattress is really soft that you can feel the springs, good location

I stayed at this hotel for one night and received excellent service. I needed to scan important documents and although they don't have that facility in the hotel the staff went above and beyond to help. Nice complimentary breakfast in the morning. Overall, I would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in one of the best neighbourhoods in São Paulo at a super affordable rate.

O hotel é bom em relacão ao preco. Locslizacao excelente no bairro de moema. O cafe da manhã e muito bom. Os funcionarios sao atenciosos.

Chuveiro com mal funcionamento, ducha higiênica com o suporte quebrado, cama apertada e colchão desgastado. Estacionamento apertado com a necessidade de manobrista por 24 horas.

Ótimo atendimento e serviço

Hotel muito bom, bem localizado, limpo, funcionários excelentes e atenciosos. Ótimo custo / benefício. Só achei estranho a torneira do banho por ser bem curta, mas nada que desabone o hotel.

Razoável, acomodação simples, juntaram 2 camas de solteiro para se tornar de casal, instalações antigas, com defeito, tv com chuvisco, banheiro bem precário.

Quarto grande, boa localização, bom atendimento. Infelizmente, devido á proximidade com o aeroporto de congonhas, o hotel é tem muito barulho de aviões decolando e aterrissando. O café da manhã poderia ter mais opções de frutas.
