The room was spotless, they upgraded the TV and the staff was great! Not a spec of dirt anywhere.

Parking was safe and good. Heater in the shower does take a minute or two to warm up so let it run for a bit before getting in if you don't like the cold. Other than that everything was really good. They're my go to whenever I need a spot.

Fantastic motel. Newly renovated room with walk-in shower and plumbing fixtures. Staff were great, always made sure the snow was removed from our room entrance and parking area. Great location close to shopping and restaurants. 5 stars

It was a clean room and the housekeeping lady was very courteous and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. What was lacking was not enough pillows and disposable cups. An in-unit coffee maker would have been nice

Clean, comfortable, basic budget-friendly accommodations. Not fancy but great if you just need a place to sleep for a night or two while in the area. The staff were great also. Very friendly and helpful

Basic and quite dated, but clean and convenient.

I stayed at Kings Inn for a month while visiting family and friends. The owners and staff are great. Check in was easy. All the rooms are walk out with drive up parking at your door. The room was very clean and comfortable. The property is well maintained. Close to all amenities in town. I highly recommend this property to fellow travelers based on friendly staff, cleanliness, location and price. The Kings Inn is my new "must stay" when in Midland, Ontario.

Clean room, great staff

It served the purpose for a place to sleep and not have to pay the exorbitant prices for the hotel chains. We didn’t need to have a breakfast service as we were eating elsewhere. It was good but still pricey.

Great location

I have family in the area and stay there all the time. The staff is great and it is a short walk to places to eat.

Parking was fine. Never used the internet and tv cable was not operational

Owner was very rude and dismissive. The place is a total dive and couldn’t even stay there for one night.

Parking was good, staff was amazing and the room was super clean which I absolutely loved will definitely be going back there again
